Great place to go for food (seafood) and kid friendly and for adult beverages right on the water. You can get there by boat or by car. 30 minutes from house from boat or land. Lots of outdoor seating and live music in the summer on Friday and Saturday nights.

Little bit of a drive (45 minutes) or by boat (almost an hour) but good food and drinks and right on the water. Their frozen drinks are great - especially the bushwhacker.

If you are out and about on the lake, the Smith Lake Dam is a cool spot to drive by. Pretty amazing structure. Good fishing there too. You will pass it on the right on your way to Trident or Brothers Marina

Dry County
Winston County (where the property is located) is a dry county. So for adult beverages and spirits, you have to buy them beforehand. They are not sold at the grocery stores or gas stations in town.
