This is my subjective list of restaurants, as I usually eat in most of them trough whole year. I like that all of them are working during winter (a lot of restaurants work only during tourist season) so this is my way to support local businesses. Of course, you can always check their reviews online!

Fabulous ice cream - from tasty classics (chocolate, pistachio, vanilla) to some crazy experiments (basil and lemon, lavender, ricotta and figs)
And they make they own waffle cones on spot so if you're lucky you can have divine experience of hot cone and cold ice cream!

Mate is a local gem, old school bakery - it doesn't look posh or stylish but we love their stuff. Try burek with meat or krafne (doughnuts) with chocolate. You will not be disappointed, especially when you're a bit drunk. Avoid pizza, it's too greasy for my taste.
