This place is really hyped up because it's been on Food Network's DDD. When places have expectations that high, the actual execution and delivery of the product can be hit or miss. They're only open on Fridays and weekends, and only for takeout. We have to wait in line when we go, but it's worth it!
If you are a serious smoker yourself, you may have some criticisms about this place. However, if you're a lover of good BBQ, you're likely to really enjoy this place!

P Town coffee, because it's IN AN OLD TRAIN CAR! The coffee is so good, and if you order it iced, the cubes are also made of coffee, so these people know how you keep you caffeinated while on the beach for a few hours. We also really like their breakfast sandwiches. They too are ample and will sustain you while you're out playing in the sun. The owners are beloved members of the community, and we definitely recommend you stop in while you're here.

Walk up, order right there. If you want to be seated you'll likely need to wait if you're a larger party, so be patient, but it's worth it. Great for families.

The best advice: go online and order ahead, then pick up and sit by the water and wait for your order to be ready.
On weekends, the parking lot will be filled with surfers changing into their wetsuits and parking police, ready to tow them, the parking isn't always plentiful, and the lines can be long.
However, if you order ahead, you can scoot in, pick up, park there as a legit customer, and find your spot on the beach with your coffee and avocado toast! :)

This is some delicious Peruvian food. Fresh fish, flavorful, and great views. We've done takeout to the house before and really enjoyed it!
