it has an elevator and a roof, so if it is rainy day and you still wanna see the town from the sky - this is the place instead of Three Crosses hill! it should be 2,5EUR per person.

Nice park for chill, cup of coffee and a good book - it has an open library and soft chairs or even hammocks if you are lucky to get an available one :) also it has a ground fountains where all the kids freshens up :))
