The Strand is where you go to walk the local boutiques, souvenir shops, restaurants, and look at all the historic buildings. Patios are dog friendly. Paid parking is available by the hour.

Traveling with Small Children
The toddlers just want to play, but they are too small for some of the attractions. I am recommending places that usually allow strollers and give everyone an opportunity to enjoy themselves.
Because parents and kids need a place to cool off and let the kids explore, learn, and play. It’s also super affordable!

Finish your visit by riding The Colonel Boat around Offat’s Bay. You will enjoy a 30 minute ride on an historic ship that will make you feel as if you have traveled to a different time. Check the times and coordinate this into your Moody gardens visit.
Palm Beach is actually a water park that has a wave pool, splash pad, drinks/food, sometimes live music, and a lazy river. Older children will enjoy the thrill slides. Lockers are available for your personal belongings.
