Perfect for a run or a walk!
I'm not recommending the Hunting Club in itself but the green area it's situated in. And especially the viewing point just behind the Club. This area was used as a "dump" when they were desperately trying to clean up the town from all destroyed buildings after the second world war. The hill where the viewing point is is probably made up of old buildings... But I don't know for sure.
