The initiative to create this place dedicated to the film industry, where talents, studios, students and film professionals come together, comes from French director-producer Luc Besson. The building is an old power station (in service from 1933 to 1981) combining industrial architecture, Eiffel art deco elements, and an impressive 4,400 m² nave! The site is open to the public at major temporary exhibitions around the 7th Art and during guided tours organized by Cultival.
