Whether you are coming for an artistic weekend or walking, cycling, boating and generally being outdoors, there are lots of lovely options for you in Caversham. We have put together a sample itinerary for you below but are happy to advise if there is anything particular that you would like to do.
There are plenty of maps with pre-planned routes in the annex (please return them). We do loads of walking and are always happy to pour over a map with you!
We would advise that you book all activities or restaurants before you come to guarantee a place.
The annex at Number 9 has a private, safe courtyard garden to leave your bikes in and plenty of free on-street parking.
Caversham, a quiet suburb of Reading, is a 30-minute walk away where you will find a good selection of food options, Waitrose and a fantastic Vegan café. Plus a twice monthly farmers market. We have an excellent corner shop 5 mins walk from the house on Woodcote Way.
