If your looking for a cool local bar with good beer, burgers, and more, I like Lokal. I'm actually vegetarian but there are some dishes I love there, and the local beers, and the atmosphere is fun and edgy.

I love going to Harry's because the pizzas are small but delicious! And I'll usually also get a salad because they are fabulous there too. Fun atmosphere and great food. I highly recommend for slightly high priced delicious gourmet pizza! Nice walk from the house too.

The food and atmosphere create a perfect Miami moment and you will be happy you are there. The banana pancakes are great! I also recommend the omelets and bloody mary's. Green Street is also good for other meals and a nice bar too.

This place is excellent! It's a big restaurant, and has been in the Grove forever! Saffron is also an excellent Indian food choice, but it is much smaller. I love Bombay Darbar, I even go for my birthday sometimes. Authentic place. Really great food

I love both of the Indian places in the Grove. This one is a little more specialized, more gourmet food for someone who wants to have a REALLY GOOD MEAL. The chef has another restaurant in Key Biscayne that is also really good! Much smaller and more intimate than Bombay Darbar. Love it

If you want a fresh sandwich or a smoothie or juice, I recommend this place. Friendly atmosphere, local hangout, yummy healthy food. What else can I say? My favorite is the veggie pita with green sauce. Oh the green sauce is so good:) A vegetarian's delight!

If you are looking for a supercool experience, this is one of my favorite places!! It actually feels like you are in India when you go there. The owner, Charlie, is an amazing guy from Pakistan. His wife makes the best samosas fresh everyday. They literally have two tables inside the store where they will serve you chai tea and the best Indian rolls. It is funky and authentic. Mostly Asian and Indian people do their grocery shopping there. I love Charlie and his family! Tell them I sent you:)

This is an amazing botanical gardens. So many different trees and beautiful flowers. Lots of wild life and a butterfly garden that is magical. I love my membership there, and frequent it a lot because it relaxes me with all its beauty and space.

It's a nice walk from my house, and the views of downtown Coconut Grove are really nice. I recommend catching the sunrise if you are an early riser. Beautiful to witness a Miami sunrise on the water there.

You have to drive to this one, but it is an amazing museum! The artwork is always changing, and always cutting edge, and the architecture and location are spectacular.

This is a bit out Coconut Grove, but a wonderful local brewer. It's in a cool warehouse district, and the beers are awesome. Cool staff, cool atmosphere.

They have a great rooftop bar that offers a very special view of Coconut Grove. Also walking distance from my house. I haven't eaten at the restaurant but it seems great and there is a brick fired pizza oven.

Really nice supermarket. If you have a bit of extra money and want to indulge, this place is really fun to shop at and has really good food. They also have free coffee samples which I like. Great everything

Milan's is really close and I shop there quite often. There is also a liquor store, and a Home Depot there. It's close to my house, a quick drive. Watch out for overly price produce sometimes but its a great supermarket and has it all.

Yes, there are tourists but that's what South Beach is about! Fun loving, beach life. Amazing Art Deco Architecture to see. There are many yoga classes you can join on the beach in the mornings. Really nice to walk or ride the boardwalk or on the beach itself. The water is always so blue, and swimming here is great! Be careful for overpriced touristy restaurants, but again, that is somewhat the allure of the place.
My extra special recommendation: go watch the sunrise on South Beach. Talk about magical moments.
