Best Pie Place!
Our family loves to go on a long boat ride from our dock in Prairie Creek cove to this restaurant specifically for the homemade pie! Since it's a restaurant and resort there is a place to dock the boat, and then just a short walk up to the restaurant. They do serve a full food menu, but we normally just stop by for the pie!

JJ's on the Lake is a fun atmosphere for lunch or dinner. They generally have live music on Friday and Saturday nights, although it can get a little busy. There are also huge fish that can be fed from right off the dock to entertain the kids while everyone eats!

If you need a break from the lake or just want to explore downtown Rogers a bit, hit up Hammontrees for the most unique and delicious grilled cheese. My personal favorite is the Brie's Company!

Closest Boat Launch
Prairie Creek Marina is only about 2 miles from our listing. It's the best and easiest place to launch a boat if you've have brought one along.

One of our favorite year-round activities is hiking in the beautiful Hobbs State Park! It's only about a 15-minute drive from our home. Some of our favorite trails include:
- Shaddow Hollow - 1.5 Mile Loop
- Historica Van Winkle Trail - 1/2 mile easy walk, great for history buffs
- Hidden Diversity Mult-Use Trail - There are many options on this trail system, there is one 4 mi loop that comes out by the lake that we enjoy when looking for a little longer hike than the above.

Plan and Order Your Groceries!
Both Walmart Grocery Delivery and Pickup are super convenient and available for our area! When we travel and use AirBnB we always use the Walmart Grocery app to order our groceries ahead of time and just swing by and pick them up, or even have them delivered shortly after we arrive. This keeps from someone in the group having to waste valuable vacation/family time on grocery shopping.
