Located in H'Attard in the centre of Malta, this small stately mansion dates back to 1745 and represents the pinnacle of the typical Maltese Baronial Villa. On entrance, one is greeted by a pleasant young lady in a pottery workshop offering excellent handmade souvenirs. At this point, you will be presented with a large, glossy and colourful A3 sized map of the villa, together with a tablet that serves as an interactive tour guide.

Try the Rickshaw restaurant at the Corinthia Palace in Attard. They offer a wide range of Asian and oriental foods from India to Japan. The food is delicious and the knowledgeable staff cook hot clay pot food at your table, the service is friendly and attentive and the wine list is good and not overpriced. Highly recommended.

The watercourse was built by the Order of Saint John from 1610 to carry water from Rabat to Valletta, the capital city.
