Dinner

Uniquely curated interior design and a large kitchen crank out many different types of BBQ. I enjoy splitting the Big Rig with another person, as this gives you a good sampling of all their different meats. Plated on metal trays with many different sauces. Self service drinks and tables. 4.4 stars over 383 Google reviews

Sightseeing

Despite being a small cave, they have many "cave coral" formations not found in Mammoth Cave. The tours are smaller and intimate, allowing you to ask questions with the knowledgeable tour guides in a way that doesn't feel like you're taking up everyone's time at Mammoth. It's close to the interstate and has a good view.
