Trails that go in every direction, but all lead to a must see 3.1 mile loop feeding into Pincushion overlook. Also a great place to mountain bike and cross-country ski. If you are feeling adventurous, take the superior hiking trail down (behind) Pincushion. The long set of stairs leads you the Devil Track canyon- beautiful swimming holes abound (and two awesome campsites).

Most of this section is higher elevation offering great views, cool breezes and a harder pack trail.

A fantastic State Park Park with a great trail system. The main trail is out and back to Devils Kettle. This is busy but worth the hike. Pack water and good hiking shoes as it is a hike with elevation gain.

Located 4 miles from the cabin, this is a great place to pick up any forgotten essentials (food and tolietries). Lisa makes amazing caramel rolls and wonderful pizzas. The marketplace also has a liquor store attached.
