It's a hotel restaurant, but the enormous windows provide a great view overlooking Lincoln park and the restaurant has great atmosphere. (BTW, Lincoln park has a great playground for kids). The name and cuisine are inspired by Greeley's history.

Local place. Cheap, good sushi and ramen that's perfect on a cold winter night or just about anytime.

Local cinema that features artsy films. Amazing art deco style and includes a restaurant. You can eat dinner in the cinema and enjoy a great film. Great selection of classic cocktails to go with dinner.
Not particularly for families.

The absolute best brewery in Northern Colorado. The first year it opened, it medaled in the Great American Beer Festival and won USA Today's best new brewery. If you are into craft beer, this is a must visit for you. The tap house is large, open, and family friendly with couches and places to play games. There is craft soda for purchase for those younger than 21. There are usually a couple of food trucks nearby for food and downtown is just a stroll away.
If you like IPAs, Juicy Bits is my favorite.
Watch out for release days. People come from all over the US to purchase of a bottle of specialty beer and lines can wrap a few blocks.

Never had a breakfast burrito? Try one from here. Make sure you get the added cheese. I prefer the 1/2 and 1/2 as the hot is too spicy for my taste. The breakfast meats in the burritos rotate daily.

Sightseeing
Only two blocks from our house! A beautiful, historic park, with a walking path all the way around and a playground for littles. Birds we have spotted in the pond include herons, cormorants, storks, plus lots of ducks and geese!

This is great for little kids (2-6) or any model railroad enthusiast. It's one of the largest indoor model railroads and sometimes they have really long trains (100+ cars) running. Check the times before you go. The museum sometimes has weird hours.

Just outside Greeley, this is a huge sporting goods store with all the outdoor gear you could possibly want. It has an indoor ferris wheel and huge fish tanks that will delight kids.
