Hike, Run, Bike and/or Saunter through the lush forests of Bent Creek. Located adjacent to the house, this is the closest access to Pisgah National Forest and our daily escape from the hustle and bustle of life. Hundreds of miles of trails, views and water feature to pique your interest.

Bent Creek Experimental Forest

There is an access point to the Blue Ridge Parkway, right next to the house. Use the parkway as your portal to other hiking/biking adventure or to go witness the scenic beauty that Asheville and Western North Carolina are known for around the world.

Go visit the Biltmore Estate and tour the house and grounds. The grounds are an amazing place to walk, hike and bike. Paddle from the Bent Creek River put in near the house to the Biltmore Estate for bonus points.

Go check out the amazing Mills River section of Pisgah. Complete with hiking, biking and swimming hole activities. This is one of our favorite places to cool down and to rip our mountain bikes!
