These are all great places within about a mile. If the weather's nice, it makes for a nice evening out. For getting to places along 14th St - it's better/safer to walk down Varnum Street to 14th Street. Avoid Spring, Oak, etc. between 14th & 16th.

Great Italian place at the north end of Logan. Easy to book reservation on OpenTable typically. Friendly staff (many speak Italian) and great food, wine, etc. Cute spot too with an outdoor patio if weather is nice.
