Friendly warm welcome, great pub grub locally sourced. In the Winter a roaring fire and great atmosphere, can be quite loud. Probably not so family friendly in the evenings but great for a Sunday lunch.

For those that like a quieter beach with rock pools for the children at low tide and fossil hunting amongst the pebbles and near to the cliffs at Fairlight. Free road parking and no public facilities but a firm favourite with locals.
