Home made amazing menu, and a local favorite. Highly recommend the Thai Mussels, Steak bites, Elk steak, and the Bison. With over 300 spirits to choose from and over 70 beers this is my favorite spot to go relax and have a drink. Oh ya and 6 cold Alberta craft beers on tap made specially for the Downstream. Oh ya and the kitchen is open till midnight every day.

Dine in or take out this is my favorite pizza place in Jasper with top notch home made pizza. If the weather is right the roof top patio is the best in town with amazing mountain views and a great beer selection.

The beautiful canyon walk is great for a quick 20 walk from the tea house to the first 2 bridges or a couple hr walk right down to 5th bridge. If you are here in the winter months you can park at 5th bridge and walk in the canyon on the frozen river. A truly breath taking place, make sure you bring your camera

This is our local swimming hole and one of the coolest places you can go. Glacier water fills this lake but the best part is there are cliffs around the whole lake perfect for cliff jumping. A MUST DO IF THE WEATHER IS RIGHT, but be ready the water is very cold even on the hottest summer days

The drive from Hinton to Jasper is right through a mountain view wildlife corridor which on a daily basis you often see Bears, Elk, Big horned sheep, and on occasion Wolves. This drive through the valley bottom always amazes me with the breath taking views and the presents of animals on a daily basis. BRING YOU CAMERA
