Good, cheap French steak house. It comes w/ all you can eat fries though. The menu is basically just that though. Steak, fries, and salad. But they have a good assortment of desserts!

I would consider this a Chinese version of Denny's. Open till late, this is where a lot of people go after a night of drinking. The food is cheap.
