Restaurant of conceptual Russian cuisine most elegantly served, chic and pricy though located on the 85th floor of EYE skyscraper in Moscow City area, so it would be a great panoramic experience. Dishes - ukha (Russian fish soup), pelmeni, borsh, okroshka soup.
If you visit the restaurant, you get a 50% discount on tickets for panorama tour.
