Food Scene

This is the original Starbucks in Pike Place Market. Saturdays and Sundays are VERY crowded, but any other day of the week is a breeze. Show up by 8 AM if you want to beat the weekend crowds.

While you're checking out the scene at the market, you might as well get some awesome pastries. I particularly like the salmon piroshki that is artfully crafted in the shape of a salmon. Good for breakfast, or anytime of the day.

This Greek inspired restaurant is my favorite brunch spots. Located a couple blocks away from every part of downtown you want to see, it's a great place to start or finish. I recommend the octopus and peppers scramble or the fig and cheese skewers. Call ahead to get on the seating list.

While you're checking out the coolest cider bar in town across the street, you might as well pick up an awesome cheeseburger to grub on while you're there(they have healthier options if that's your thing). They also have quite a collection of event posters hanging up, so you might also be able to find some unique experience for yourself.

Drinks & Nightlife

This is my favorite bar because they have 32 designated taps of cider, and the staff is truly awesome. I found my passion in life because of this place. Make sure you get some Chatter Creek Cider out of the first cabinet as you go in the door and try it out. They don't have a bottle fee, which is spectacular. They don't serve food, but you can bring in any outside food you want and there are a lot of good options in the neighborhood. The 131 will take you direct from our house to the bar.

Two Beers Brewing company and Seattle Cider Company operate out of here, and they also serve delicious food. There is often a food truck on site, and there are a couple other wineries/things to do in the park. It's also a direct route with the 131, and a .8 mile walk on the bars side of the bus route. $6 Uber ride.
