He has a nice selection of locally roasted coffees and his yard has picnic tables, and is adding additional seating with a VW bus and has covered canopies for sun protection. It's becoming a neighborhood hangout to walk to and sit and chat with neighbors.

The Rivercrest Park trail begins at Hillsborough Avenue on the North end and runs south past our front door down to a large loop along the river. Always quiet with neighbors walking, running, with pets or kids. There is a kids playground and a gazebo.
