Authentic Farmer’s in Vaud worth visiting
Every Saturday there is a very nice farmer’s market at the grand place near the lake in Vevey. It has great artisan products like local farmer’s selling their cheese, meats, vegetables, honey etc. it also has many great food trucks with a wide variety of choices of food from all over the world. In July & August you can buy a wine glass for 5 (small glass) or 10chfrs (regular wineglass) and you can get your glass unlimited times filled with local wines, red, white & rose. The local wine farmer’s walk around with their little carts full of wine bottles and you just choose which wine you’d like to taste. The hours are between 10am and 1pm. A bit early maybe for wine but fun to do once or just watch.

Every Saturday in the city of Lausanne there is a local farmer’s market. It’s spread out through the cobbled streets of the city center. The streets around the Manor, Globus are where you find most of the vegetable stands. The surrounding streets have a variety of food stands as well.
