Visit the Great Sand Dunes National park! It is quite the experience. Some people also "snow board" the dunes and there is a creek that appears part of the year as well.

This is one of my very favorite places to soak in the hot springs. The adults only greenhouse is so incredible with a main pool and 3 other soaking pools. They also have an outdoor main pool for those under 21.

Don't miss the famous alligator park located a short distance from the sand dunes or the hot springs. Lots of alligators and most have been rescued.
