A beautifully serene place. The artwork adorning the inside walls is truly beyond belief, the biblical Garden outside waxes and wanes with the seasons, but the art installations remain superb.

Don't undercut time, take a picnic lunch and allow a few hours to wander the grounds, the gardens and the incredible historical trail. The house is open for guided tours and we'll worth the time. Please call the management to find out times available.

Excellent day trip. One hour drive from Bell, via the Bunya Mountains, this local favourite is a sensational freshwater swimming hole. Lots of steps, but worth the hike if you feel like the exercise.

Just 30 minutes up the road from Dalby, or 50 minutes cross country from Bell, you’ll find the state’s oldest operating woolshed in Jondaryan. Visit the Jondaryan Woolshed and learn about the region’s rich farming history with a guided tour of the station’s historic buildings, machinery and equipment. Grab lunch or morning tea at the onsite Damper Hut Café. Admission prices are $10 for adults and $5 for kids.
