  • Persone molto simpatiche. Rispettosamente rispettoso della nostra privacy. Sono lì se ne hai bisogno ma altrimenti ti lasciano solo. L'unità autonoma era eccezionale con Netflix gratuito incluso. Ci siamo andati nel periodo più freddo dell'anno, tuttavia l'unità ha una forte unità di aria condizionata che ha rapidamente riscaldato il posto quando siamo arrivati a casa ogni notte. Riscaldò facilmente l'intera unità e fummo tostati al caldo. Ci torneremo sicuramente se sono abbastanza gentili da permetterci di tornarci. ALL BREAKAGES of glasses, cups, appliances, etc should be REPORTED to owners before or at CHECKOUT for costing estimation. 5.Please be Energy Wise when using the Electricity and Water, these utilities are provided but over certain limit will be charged an excess. Please be careful not to leave lights and devices ON (Air conditioning, Cooktops, TVs, etc.) While you are not at home or during the night only the necessary light to remain on. 6. Please Pay in advance, we accept modifications including additional guests or extra days after booking but payment must be agreed before arriving. 7. We provide one or two spots of parking but If you have more visitors with car please park them on the street in any of the vacant spaces and never obstructing the driveways (we will indicate the spots possible to park on the street if required). In an emergency case please call us if you need help to extra park them in our driveway. 8. TUESDAY NIGHT you should be putting your rubbish bin on the street grass next to letterbox. Collection of Rubbish is on Wednesday early hours and for that reason please do not park on the Street Tuesday night –Wednesday Morning even in areas next to driveways because they will be limiting the capacity of operation of Collection Trucks. 9. If you Cook ALWAYS REMOVE COVERS of cooktop plates and TURN ON Fan of Rangehood (at Max Speed 2 or 3) and later clean the pots, dishes, cups, glasses, cooktop plate and any spill on the kitchenette table, microwave and/or frypan used. 10. Please Clean the House at all time and keep things in order; there will be an inspection and revision of cleaning each week for longer stays, after agreement between guests and owners. 11. Any problem please ring us on our mobile or house phone or SMS or email. 12. Toiletries soap, shampoo, toilet rolls, tea, coffee, sugar and milk. One basic supply will be available only at the beginning of the lease, later is your responsibility to resupply. 13. Bed Linen is supplied, Towels and Tea Towels everything has been thoroughly clean, sometimes is new sometimes is used but always hygienically washed. For people staying more than 5 days if necessary they can request extra towels, calling the owners. 14. Air Conditioning is a brand new Split system located in main room. Air conditioners engineers advised that the installed capacity allow to reach all rooms providing internal doors are kept open and fans in bedrooms are ON for some time. We ask our guests to use the "Good Sleep function" + "Set" in set times of 1 hour at a time to save energy. 16. If you break any of these rules and guidelines you will be not welcomed in this family house. Our neighbourhood is very quiet and we have a nice cul de sac street, with no traffic except for people who live here. Walk to Reserve Parks are only 300m from the house. Bike and pedestrian roads are inside this protected area. PowerHouse Museum is only 2 km away, around 15 minutes walking. Casula Library is about 1km next to Casula mall shopping (Kmart and Coles are open 24 hrs), Woolworth is just across the street 400m walking. Gyms are only 500m away. There are Buses 870-871-872 every 10 min only 400m away. Train Station is a lovely 20 minute walk or a short 10 minute bus ride ( From Glenfield Station, the best and fast line T8 to airport). You can park in our secure and spacious driveway. From the airport we are a 20-45 min (depending on traffic) drive. From the M5 motorway heading south (towards Canberra/Campbelltown) we are situated off the second Liverpool/Casula exit. City CBD is 40-45 minutes driving (depend on traffic) City Central Station is 50-55 minutes by train via Airport line plus 10 min bus to station Airport is 25-45 minutes driving (depend on traffic) Airport is 40-45 minutes by train plus bus to station ( From Glenfield Station, the best and fast line T8 to airport) ANZ Olympic Stadium is 35 min driving but is only 45 min by train via South line transfer at Lidcombe station from Glenfield Station with free parking, normally tickets to events include free trains. When families stay with children specially toddlers 2-6 at our flat we always recommend for those families with children to be aware of the safety of the children, we are worried about safety things (around cooktops or power to TVs), supervision of children or the fact that there is no backyard only a small front yard, please inform us if you are bringing your own cot and prams. We have Air Conditioning, Wi Fi Internet and we can supply extra blankets if requested. We also supply initial basic tea, coffee, milk and bathroom products, after that is user responsibility. We have one portable hair dryer at bathroom vanity. There is no laundry at our house . We can supply valet service with a bag of 7kg standard or Jumbo size 14kg approximately for washing-drying-folding for costing check with owners . Closest Laudromat Self Serve is located 3.3km away in 72 Hoxton Park Road open until 10pm.

Council do not allow dogs unleashed on the street, normally all is good, please walk safely if you see something please report it. If access to our street is blocked take note of the rego plate and please call the parking rangers at Liverpool City Council Emergency Number.

    My home is very chilled and zen. We recycle and try our best to live consciously and sustainably.
    I live in a pleasant & safe neighborhood within easy access of a small shopping mall and surrounded by parks and outdoor spaces. There is a state-of-the-art gym and library within walking distance.

    Brand new renovated studio fitted with a kitchenette including a portable induction cooker hob and an electric fry pan. Light and airy, perfect for 2 people. We can accomodate 3, with an extra floor mattress. Although please keep in mind this will be in living room space so it will be a bit tight. Under 1 km walk to to Aldi and shops. There is also air-conditioning for your comfort.
    Our house is in suburban area of Sydney. The majority are families that live in the area. Please note we do live near the main road of our suburb, it can be quite busy in peak hour times but at night after 6 or so it quietens down.

I been a host mother for international students for many years now. Last year l had 4 EF students stayed with me for 1 month. I took care of them like my own children. My passion for cooking international food made most of them look forward to dinner time every day. Being a host mother I have lots of extended family in different parts of the world.
    My place is opposite sports complex and long walking foot path for weekend family fun run. Close to all amenities park, shops, schools, churches, bus stop around the corner and pub. with restaurant, Famous Football ground is 7 minutes drive away. Mt. Annan Bontanical Garden is 10-12 minutes drive away. MacArthur Square is 10 minutes drive away.
    My Neighbourhood is pretty peaceful. Next to sport complex and walking path around the complex.Pub with Restaurant and Little shopping village is 2 minutes by car.

    You can self check into this guest suite with its own external access to a one bedroom air conditioned suite with double bed, TV, desk, Sep toilet, Sep room with shower and basic cooking facilities.Air Cond, fridge, microwave, WIFI, induction cooktop, cutlery, linen, . Suite is attached to main house but completely separate with own external entrance, Parking available on driveway. Our guests are mostly Interstate and overseas visitors with car who in the area for work, holiday or business.
    The space is a 1 bedroom guest suite with own external side access. The suite is fully air conditioned, has one bedroom which has TV, desk & chair and a built-in linen cupboard to hang clothes. The toilet (powder room ) is separate and there is an additional separate area which houses the shower and basic cooking facilities including fridge and a microwave and induction cook top, and a large large electric frying pan with cutlery so guests can cook eggs, noodles and other small meals. We have set up tea coffee making facilities, fridge, microwave & cutlery. Tea/coffee, milk, linen & towels are provided and so are extra blankets. We can also provide a mattress and bedding for a small child if needed. Washing - We have provided a brand new washing machine and dryer for guests exclusive use. However, due to space restrictions in the guest suite, this is located in the back patio of the main house but still provides easy access to guests using a back side gate. Guests have their own external entrance and come in and go through the side access to the property. We provide easy self check in and out for your convenience. Guests also have their private small outside area courtyard with seating for 2. This space can suit long term guests, there is no lounge area but we have provided table and chairs for 2 in the small hallway that is part of the suite. We have a pet Labrador living in the main house which is completely separate. We are a well traveled family of 4 living in the main house. We mostly cater to interstate and overseas visitors with own car who are in the area for work, holiday or visiting relatives. Overseas guests note that this place is approximately 45 minutes to an hour from Sydney CBD. What is nearby: Liverpool Hospital & Liverpool CBD - Our house is 15 minutes drive to Liverpool hospital and CBD. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away which will take you directly to Liverpool hospital and Liverpool CBD. Casula Mall & Restaurants Casula Mall and restaurants are 2 minutes drive or 10 minute walk. Glenfield Station can be accessed by 10 minute drive or by bus. The airport train line stops at Glenfield. From Glenfield the trains to the Airport are approximately 30 minutes. Sydney Airport Sydney Airport by car is anything from 25 minutes during off peak weekends to an hour during peak periods. Sydney CBD is 45 minutes by train either from Casula station, Glenfield station or Liverpool station.
    Located in a very quite location in Fitzpatrick Cres Casula. Minute walk to the park. Casula Shopping Mall is 10 minutes walk which has Kmart, Coles & Aldi Supermarkets including Thai, Chinese, Indian & Kebab restaurants.   • Bel posto. Molto pulito. E un letto super confortevole. La famiglia è gentile e amichevole. Vicino al centro commerciale che è molto comodo. Il parcheggio è un po 'problematico e difficile da ottenere. Il posto era esattamente come pubblicizzato. C'è una strada trafficata nelle vicinanze, e il rumore può essere tagliato con successo con una finestra chiusa e tappi per le orecchie. Sfortunatamente capita che un vicino di casa si sia iscritto alla musica, che mi ha svegliato nonostante i tappi per le orecchie. A parte questo, era buono. E resto ancora, spero senza musica notturna la prossima volta.

  • Il posto di Zoe è nella foto, molto moderno ed elegante. Tutto era previsto e il posto ha molta luce solare che ho adorato. Ha una bella vista dal balcone ed è vicino al cibo della cartiera che ha ottimi ristoranti. L'appartamento è prevalentemente pulito (la zona lavanderia può essere pulita di più ma non è un grosso problema). Sarebbe bello se le pentole e le padelle possano essere sostituite perché sono piuttosto logore. Nel complesso, è stato un ottimo soggiorno qui e ritornerei ancora :-)

  • L'unità si trova vicino ai negozi e al bellissimo fiume. Era perfettamente pulito e comprendeva tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno per una settimana di soggiorno. Il parcheggio era facile da trovare e accesso. Il processo di checkout è stato un po 'complicato con la necessità di lasciare le chiavi prima di rimuovere l'auto e accedere al parcheggio utilizzando il tasto di sollevamento. Questo è un piccolo processo che consiglierei di modificare per renderlo più semplice per gli ospiti dell'appartamento. Development of the estate was completed in 2017 with the handover of Stage 16, The Pinnacle Villas, with its inaugural AGM. The Community has a sports complex, (Facilities), which provides access to two community swimming pools, tennis courts and BBQs and is an alcohol-free zone. Access is via a locked gate with touchpad – “Pool Code” is required for access and can be obtained by contact the me (the host). The tennis courts and pool access are subject to availability and estate committee must approve all booking requests, therefore cannot always be guaranteed. There are also landscaping services, estate bus service (The Link), security services and the golf club for residents to use. The estate gate is monitored 24×7 to assist in security of the estate, with a mobile patrol at night. The estate has grown rapidly over the years and the golf course attracts residents who are keen golfers as well as those who enjoy other leisurely pursuits. There are extensive walkways through a nature reserve with sweeping views to the city of Sydney at the top of Governors Way.
