Stylish Bright and Airy Ground Floor 1 bedroom apartment in the Bustling area of Uplands, Swansea. A superb location just 200 yards from the main road with its popular Restaurants, Cafes, Trendy Bars, shops and supermarkets. Everything you need on your doorstep. The House is setback off the road with beautiful sloped gardens and is very quiet. There is free on road parking but no private parking. There are frequent busses from uplands with ideal travel links.
The apartment is all on one level and is accessed from the road up some steps. On entering the house there is a communal hallway which leads to two apartments. I live upstairs with a separate front door. When inside to the right is a very spacious light and airy front room. There is a large L shaped sofa and 50” Television with Virgin tv and WiFi. There is also the added extra of Netflix and Sky Movies...Next to this is the bedroom with a Double bed,2 wardrobes 2 large chest of draws and side tables with lamps. There is a hallway that leads to the middle room with a dining table to seat 4 people. There is a sofa bed should you need extra space. The Kitchen and bathroom are both accessed through this room so it is not a private space if anyone chooses to sleep in it. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer/Kettle/Toaster/Microwave/ Oven and hob. All other kitchen utensils crockery and cutlery you need for cooking. The Bathroom is at the back of the property and has a bath with overhead shower a sink and toilet. There is a washing machine available upon request and for people on long stays. All rooms are decorated in stylish and neutral colours with laminate or tiled floors throughout.
Uplands is only a short walk away from Singleton park which hosts many major events throughout the year and also has a beautiful botanical garden. Aside this is Brynmill park which has a playground and a large pond with many birds and swans. Both parks lead to Swansea university and Singleton hospital. Swansea beach and the city centre are both easily accessible to walk cycle or drive. The Liberty stadium is about 20 minutes away. The Uplands was home to famous poet Dylan Thomas and I am situated 5 minutes away from his former home and cwmdonkin park where he spent his youth. Uplands is the gateway to the Gower peninsula the first designated area of outstanding natural beauty in the country. The Gower is surrounded by beautiful green flag beaches and Rhossili Bay was voted one of the top ten beaches. The picturesque village of mumbles Is a short drive or cycle away with its new waterfront development Oyster Wharf and is home to the Famous Mumbles Pier. There is a market held in uplands once a month with people selling local produce crafts and the like.   • L'appartamento di Eve è delizioso e spazioso e ha tutto ciò di cui potresti aver bisogno, molti tocchi premurosi. Ottima posizione tranquilla ma comunque vicino ai negozi e ai bar di Uplands e potevamo sempre parcheggiare vicino all'appartamento. Purtroppo non abbiamo incontrato Eva ma tutte le comunicazioni sono state veloci e amichevoli. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui e ritorneremo sicuramente.

  • Eva è stata un'ospite fantastica e si è resa disponibile ogni volta che ho avuto problemi. L'appartamento ha un bell'aspetto, è molto ben arredato e sembra accogliente e accogliente. La cucina è completamente attrezzata, compresi gli alimenti di base come olio, pepe, sale, bustine di tè ecc. E alcuni alimenti extra che Eva mi ha gentilmente lasciato in frigo per me. L'appartamento si trova in una strada tranquilla a 1 minuto a piedi dalle vivaci Uplands. Lo consiglio vivamente.

  • Ci è piaciuto molto stare qui. L'appartamento era elegante, molto pulito e ordinato. Tocchi premurosi fino a latte, tè e caffè e persino vassoi per cubetti di ghiaccio. La comunicazione era eccellente, la vigilia ci ha fatto sentire i benvenuti e ci ha consigliato di fare qualcosa. Si è anche registrata con noi via e-mail la sera per chiedere come fosse stata la nostra giornata e se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa. L'appartamento aveva un ampio parcheggio in strada e ci sono negozi, pub, ristoranti e supermercati a 2 minuti a piedi lungo la strada. Siamo stati benissimo ed è stata la nostra prima esperienza in bnb aereo. Non avremmo potuto chiedere di più. Consiglierei e ci tornerei. Grazie vigilia x

  • Siamo stati benissimo nell'appartamento di Eva a Uplands. Eva è una grande schiera, molto rilassata e disponibile. Si è pensato molto all'organizzazione e all'equipaggiamento dell'appartamento, inoltre è in una posizione ideale, vicino a ristoranti e negozi, ma tranquillo e pacifico. Anche il Cwmdonkin Park, famoso per la sua associazione con Dylan Thomas, è vicino.

  • Grazioso appartamento in una posizione fantastica - Eva è stata un'ospite eccezionale ed è stata così rapida rispondere a tutti i nostri messaggi prima del nostro soggiorno. L'appartamento era esattamente come descritto e com'è nelle foto - luminoso e arioso ed è davvero ben arredato (oh e adorabili soffici asciugamani bianchi !! ☺️). Piccoli tocchi hanno reso tutto molto semplice: Eva aveva lasciato cose come tè e caffè, latte, succo di frutta e tutte le basi della cucina, il che è stato molto utile e ci ha fatto sentire i benvenuti! Consiglio vivamente un soggiorno qui - è esattamente come appare nelle foto e in una posizione così buona per visitare le attrazioni locali

    Bright, modern and vibrant spacious apartment with three double bedrooms located in the city centre. The apartment has been recently refurbished and comfortably sleeps 8 people. 3 double bedrooms and a full size comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge area.
    Just off the iconic Wind Street which is known for it's restaurants, bars and clubs. A 5 minute walk from Swansea City centre with it's shops, market and cafes. You are close to the Marina ( 10/15 minute walk) and Swansea Beach. As the apartment is in the heart of the city centre it can be noisy at weekends so we would recommend sleeping with the windows closed on Friday and Saturday nights.

    This funky and modern studio is a great size. It is decorated to a very high specification with quality fixtures and fittings as well as a very comfortable bed. The apartment is just five minutes walk to the city centre and around ten minutes to the beach. There is 24 hour care for anyone staying with us.
    Swansea is a great city with vibrant nightlife, shopping and perhaps more importantly (for me at least) being so close to Beaches. As a keen surfer I'm always wandering around the local beaches and enjoying what can only be described as some of the most beautiful vistas on earth.

A fully fitted kitchen, bedroom with super king size bed, living room with TV, bathroom and Wi-Fi. Situated just beneath the Black Mountains and on the fringe of the Brecon Beacons National Park. In the village of Cwmllynfell you will find a Mini Supermarket with Post Office, Chemist and Hairdresser. Tesco, Asda Superstores and Pubs all within 3 miles.
    Pete, Dawn & Doogan (our friendly Border Collie) will offer you the warmest of welcomes for an enjoyable and comfortable stay with us. Dogs are welcome too. So if your walking, cycling or touring there is plenty to see/visit. We also have safe overnight storage for cycles and private parking. Logs, coal, kindling & firelighters can also be provided for an additional cost.
    During your stay with us at Mon Abri why not visit. Waterfall Country, Red Kite Feeding Station, National Show Caves Centre for Wales, Afan Forest, Walters Arena(BMW Off Road Skills) & Gower Peninsula can all be accessed approx 1 hour by car, whilst the Black Mountain Pass & Brecon Beacons National Park are within a short drive from the house. Once you've made your way down the curved steps to the front door you will be greeted with the spacious living area which also has room for a dining table for you all to enjoy a meal at, speaking about food you are so close to the restaurants and takeaway's getting food has never been so easy, but if you really want to feel at home you have the opportunity to make use of the modern and well lit kitchen which has all the amenities you'll need to make a meal for all. The apartment has easy access to the many restaurants, shops, wine bars and pubs in the village of Mumbles and the popular Oyster Wharf development. The beaches of Caswell, Langland and Rotherslade are very easily reached. Simply walk for less than 5 minutes to reach the flat and scenic seaside promenade.
    The apartment is light,airy and newly refurbished to a very high specification. You can expect a relaxed environment in the village of Norton which is less than a 5 minute walk from all that Mumbles has to offer. For your added convenience the property sits above a sleepy village store that sells everything you require from your morning goods to a bottle of wine in the evening. We close the store at around 6pm so your evenings will not be disturbed. In addition you can expect free newspapers as long as they are returned by 5pm.
    Norton village is a quiet and peaceful area with a fantastic pub just around the corner. You can walk to the sea side promenade within 2 minutes and enjoy a leisurely stroll or a longer bike ride straight into the Swansea City on a safe cycle way.

    Set in a wonderful location with stunning views over Caswell bay! The apartment is light, airy and thoroughly clean - once visited, many, many visitors come back again and again. We have free internet and wi-fi . There is private free parking in the grounds of Redcliffe. Included is the bed linen, bathroom towels, electricity and wi-fi. We also supply tea towels, dishcloth, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, toilet rolls, bin bags and all cleaning items. Large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Bedroom 1 has a double bed Bedroom 2 has 3' bunk beds. Lounge has bed settee to give 3rd and 4th guests choice. A walk across the bay takes you a wonderful beachside cafe providing delicious meals and wonderful coffee. The village of Mumbles, just one mile away provides a wide range of cafes, restaurants, pubs, ice cream parlours, craft shops and a lots boutiques. Either side of the bay are stunning coastal walks, one will take you to Langland Bay with its cafes dotted around and Langland Brasserie near the water's edge. - just a 30 - 40 minute walk away. To the right of the bay , in direct contrast, leads to two further bays which are unchanged over time - no cafes, no facilities but wonderfully unspoiled.     So relaxing being close to the sea. Withdraw to the comfort of your apartment if weather is unfavourable and just watch those waves crashing on the rocks and the ever changing skies! Wonderful.

Alcune impalcature sono salite il secondo giorno per alcune riparazioni di emergenza al complesso ei proprietari si sono scusati e ci hanno urlato una bottiglia di vino. Quindi accomodante e comprensivo. Degno di sei stelle su cinque ⭐️

    You are welcome to stay in our friendly quirky garden flat which dates back to 1860. The spacious flat has a beautiful patio with a sea views and a cosy log burning stove to snuggle next to in the evenings. It is only 100m from a gorgeous beach!
    The flat is part of a very old property made from local limestone. If you look carefully you can find fossils in the walls. The Garden Flat features warm colours and woodland touches which make it a quirky, relaxing place to stay.
    Rotherslade Road is a No Through Road which terminates at the beach. The flat is set well back and higher up from the road which gives it a private feel. You can hear the waves crashing on the beach from the patio and can enjoy the sun for most of the day as the patio faces South. We have lovely neighbours and the other residents in the flats are friendly and approachable. We love it here, we lived in the Garden Flat for over 10 years before moving upstairs as we didn't want to leave the area! There is surf, golf and the coastal path on your door step, you can walk to the village in 10 minutes, there are a couple of pubs within walking distance and cafes and restaurants galore. Locally you can go gliding, fly helicopters, go horse riding, rent paddle board and surf kits, do archery, see birds of prey, visit castles, lighthouses, neolithic sites, caves, areas of outstanding natural beauty. The list goes on, come and see for yourselves, we love it.

  • Abbiamo scelto l'appartamento del giardino in cui soggiornare per il nostro primo anniversario di matrimonio e siamo rimasti stupefatti dall'ospitalità di Meeb e la sistemazione meravigliosa. L'appartamento è in posizione perfetta per esplorare il gower, il sentiero costiero è letteralmente in fondo alla strada. Camminammo verso ovest lungo il sentiero un giorno e pedalammo verso est fino a Swansea un altro giorno. L'appartamento è bello, molto spazioso, pulito e con tutte le comodità che vorresti. Meeb era un ospite premuroso e molto facile da contattare. Consigliamo vivamente un soggiorno presso l'appartamento con giardino e ritorneremo sicuramente.

    A delightful 1st floor apartment situated in the Rest Bay area of Porthcawl. Only a 5 min walk to Rest Bay beach, a mile of stunning blue flag beach right on the 'Glamorgan Heritage Coast' it is excellent for surfing, fishing or just relaxing.
    A 1st floor apartment situated in the quiet Rest Bay area of Porthcawl. The apartment comprises of one double bedroom and one twin with 2 single beds. A comfortable sitting/dining room with seating for 5 and dining places for 6. A well equipped kitchen and spacious family bathroom. There is also off road parking for two vehicles this includes a secure garage, so you can store surfboards ect safely. All bedding and towels are provided. There is fibre broadband (avg speed 22Mb). Sky TV is available. The TV itself has USB and HDMI ports. So, if you have a chromecast/Fire Stick ect please do bring them along.
    Rest Bay beach, only a 5 mins walk away, is a beautiful, sandy, west facing, blue flag beach on the ‘Glamorgan Heritage Coast’. At just over a mile long it offers plenty of opportunities for everyone. This is one of South Wales best loved beaches and is known as one of Wales’s finest surfing locations. There are fantastic rock pools for exploring, with lots sea life to be found. It is also an excellent place to fish for Sea Bass, Turbot, Gurnard and the like. Or you can take a leisurely walk along the coastal path out to Sker point and beyond to Margam sands. If all that sounds too much then take a towel, sit back and relax. Of an evening it is a fabulous place to watch the sunset over Swansea. For the golfer the area is well catered with four excellent courses including The Royal Porthcawl, probably one of the best courses in Wales. The apartment is perfectly situated to enjoy the nearby Kenfig Pool Nature Reserve with its lake and sand dunes. It is also not far to the beautiful Gower Peninsular and Brecon Beacons.

  • 2 di noi hanno alloggiato nell'appartamento di Guy mentre partecipavamo al Dragon Tour (in bicicletta). È situato in una posizione molto comoda (per la corsa principale inizia a Margam Park), pulito (molto) e ben attrezzato. C'è un piccolo villaggio (Nottage) a circa un miglio di distanza con credo 3 pub - buono per mangiare fuori. La comunicazione con Guy era molto buona e le informazioni fornite prima dell'arrivo e anche nell'appartamento erano eccellenti. Se decidessimo di partecipare all'evento il prossimo anno sarei molto felice di tornarci.

  • Questo è un grazioso appartamento ben attrezzato e relativamente spazioso, molto vicino a Rest Bay (che è una grande spiaggia di sabbia e piscina di roccia). È un po 'a piedi in Porthcawl, ma ci sono sia i taxi che gli autobus facilmente disponibili (così come un sacco di parcheggio). I nostri bambini hanno adorato le spiagge (che sono incredibili) e c'è molto da fare nella zona. L'appartamento era super pulito e ottimo per una pausa! Lo consiglio vivamente.
