Self-contained bedroom annexe with bathroom in the heart of a charming, quiet Cotswold village. Breakfast hamper with bread/pastries, preserves, fruit juice, milk, cereal and fruit. Friendly local pub serving good food. Access to Cotswold Water Park, Thames Path, Kemble Airfield and Cirencester with its shops and restaurants. The annexe is great for couple. An additional (small) single bed can be added for two friends sharing or for parents with a child (travel cot available for babies).
This is a newly decorated double room in a stone-built annexe separate to the main cottage, with it's own private access. It has a lovely oak bed with a new mattress and cotton sheets. The ensuite bathroom has a toilet and shower, towels, shampoo and other essentials.
We are located in a small village in the Cotswold Water Park, an area of lakes and countryside very popular for walks, watersports and nature reserves. The village has a lovely pub, The Bakers Arms, which serves lunches and evening meals. Nearby Cirencester, with it’s roman museum and parish church, is known as the capital of the Cotswolds. We are a perfect base to explore this wonderful area, and are on the Thames path very close to the source. We are 25 minutes by car from Cheltenham and Stroud and an hour from Oxford, Bath and Bristol. The local area offers an abundance of beautiful market towns and villages and there are many fantastic pubs nearby.

    The Tower is a converted water tower set within The Cotswold Sculpture Park, 10 acres of tranquil woodland and gardens located on the edge of the Cotswold Water Park in the village of Somerford Keynes. Shared shower room with other guests. A few minutes walk to the village pub, 5 minute drive to Cirencester.
    The Tower is complete with a ground floor kitchen/diner including a fridge, kettle, tea/coffee and hob, a first floor double bedroom and a sun terrace on top to sit out and enjoy the views. Winding steps lead up to the bedroom and sun terrace. There is a shower room with toilet, two separate WCs and various seating areas which are all shared with other guests. Expect to see many visits from the local wildlife on you door step! Watch deer in the neighbouring field from the tower top.
    Somerford Keynes is set within the beautiful Cotswold Water Park, ideal for a peaceful countryside escape or a base for exploring the Cotswolds. The village boasts the Bakers Arms, a friendly pub serving food which is only a few minutes walk away. There is also easy access to walks around the lakes and the Thames Path. The sculpture park itself has a seasonal tearoom open from 1st April to 30th September which serves cakes, hot drinks and lunches. There are ample walking routes and Go By Cycle hire is located at the far end of the village. The surrounding lakes have a range of sporting activities available including paddle boarding and the Wibbet inflatable on lake obstacle course is on the neighbouring commercial lake called Cotswold Country Park and Beach which has a shop and cafe. The market town of Cirencester, known as the capital of the Cotswolds, is only a 5 minute drive away. The village of Kemble is also a 5 minute drive away with a railway line to London Paddington available. Other local areas of interest include the cultural city of Bath and Cheltenham.

  • Ci è piaciuto stare qui - era tutto ciò che avevamo sperato! Purtroppo il primo giorno ha piovuto, ma ci siamo comunque divertiti. dave era disponibile e venne e accese il nostro fuoco, il che significava che il posto era adorabile e tostato! era così accogliente e il giorno dopo è uscito il sole, il che significa che ci siamo seduti e abbiamo fatto colazione con vista sul meraviglioso e tranquillo scenario! Serena è stata adorabile e molto ospitale, torneremo sicuramente in estate! :)

The town is surrounded by stunning countryside and beautiful Cotswold villages, as well as being an ideal base for visiting further afield places, such as Bath, Oxford or even a day trip into London.     Castle Mews is very peacefully located, down a gated passageway off Castle street, a beautiful street in the heart of Cirencester. There is a lovely enclosed courtyard garden at the front of the cottage, which leads to the front door. The door opens into the open plan ground floor: Living/dining area: The relaxing living and dining space contains a comfy sofa, an armchair and a wooden dining table, with seating for two. Discretely hidden away in a wooden cabinet is a small SMART TV and DVD player; Kitchen area: The lovely kitchen area is very well laid out and contains a two ring induction hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and a washing machine/tumble dryer. Stairs lead up from the living area to the first floor landing, off which are the following rooms: Bedroom: A lovely eaves room, with oak beams and a ledge and brace door, which contains a king size bed; Dressing room: A nice additional space, which contains a sofa, a dressing table and a free standing towel rail; Bathroom: Contains a bath with overhead shower, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail. Returning downstairs, a stable door leads out from the kitchen area to a small, enclosed courtyard garden at the back of the cottage, which contains a table and two seats. The garden area at the front of the cottage is larger and is a beautiful place to sit outside and relax, containing two comfy chairs and a small table.
    Bourton-on-the-Water is arguably one of the most popular villages of the Cotswolds, especially amongst overseas visitors. Having been nicknamed the "Venice of the Cotswolds", its scenery is the main draw for travellers. The River Windrush meanders through beautiful English countryside before passing over rapids next to the Old Mill and arriving at Bourton. The river is fed from many springs, with the source approximately ten miles from the village and, after flowing under the bridges of Bourton, it passes other villages before eventually joining the Thames. There are various attractions in the village, including the famous Birdland, which is home to a variety of birds from around the world. Here visitors can see parrots, pelicans, flamingos and penguins to name just a few, with experienced keepers feeding the birds and leading demonstrations. The Model Village is well worth a visit, as Bourton is the only village in the Cotswolds to have a one-ninth scale replica of itself. It is carefully maintained and has all of the characterful buildings including the Old Water Mill and the Old New Inn. Those lucky enough to witness snow in the winter months will notice photographers at the model village trying to get the perfect picture of the snowy scene. Another family favourite is the Dragonfly Maze. This yew maze leads visitors through the labyrinth, gathering clues in order to find the pavilion in the centre which enables them to unlock the final secret! The maze was constructed by Kit Williams, author of the golden hare treasure hunt book, "Masquerade".

    The Cotswolds are characterised by attractive small towns and villages, built of the underlying Cotswold stone (a yellow oolitic limestone). In the Middle Ages the wool trade made the Cotswolds prosperous and some of this money was put into the building of churches, leaving the area with a number of large handsome Cotswold stone "wool churches". The area remains affluent, which has encouraged the establishment of many high quality pubs, restaurants and antique shops.

    A quiet haven in the middle of a charming village, four miles from Cirencester and on the edge of the Cotswold Water Park - a hundred lakes full of wildlife. Somerford Keynes is a great centre for exploring the Cotswolds, pretty villages and welcoming pubs, all manner of water sports, shopping in Cheltenham, Swindon, Bath or Oxford, racing in Cheltenham, polo in Cirencester and Tetbury, and eventing at Badminton. You can even fly in with your own aircraft to Kemble nearby.
    A generous double bedroom, supremely comfortable King sized bed with memory foam matress, ensuite shower and lavatory. A desk and table lamp, small fridge, comfortable arm chair and a view over the lovely garden. Occasionally we have an additional double bedroom free to rent. Please enquire.
    Typical English village - a very quiet rural retreat in the Cotswolds next door to the Cotswold Water Park. Cycling, sailing, kayaking, windsurfing, rallying, orienteering, fishing in and around the lakes. Bird watching and good walks along the banks of the infant River Thames which flows through the village. A good centre for exploring the Cotswolds with all their pretty villages and good pubs. Good shopping centres, games of polo, Badminton 3 day event and Fairford annual Air Show all within half an hour, and an airfield for small aircraft within 3 miles Bibury -the prettiest village in England (William Morris) and Roman Cirencester also near but there are dozens of exquisite villages with good pubs to explore. Do remember limited mobile reception is part of the charm! There are no street lights in Somerford Keynes so whereas it makes a perfect location for star gazing or seeing the ISS overhead, a torch is handy for finding the right house on a winter's evening.

    Snapdragon shepherd hut is set within The Cotswold Sculpture Park, 10 acres of tranquil woodland and gardens located on the edge of the Cotswold Water Park in the village of Somerford Keynes. Shared shower room and cooking facilities with other guests. A few minutes walk to the village pub, 5 minute drive to Cirencester.
    The shepherd hut is your cosy private space fitted with a wood burning stove. Further amenities include a large communal seating area plus a gas hob for cooking and washing-up sink area. There is a shower room with toilet and two separate WCs which are all shared with other guests. Expect to see many visits from the local wildlife on your doorstep! Each hut has a kettle, tea/coffee and towels. We do not offer WiFi within the huts, however from April to September the Sculpture Park Tearoom does have wifi available.

    An entire Self contained cotswold stone apartment. Located centrally in the beautiful village of South Cerney. Comprising of a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, large living and dining area. Lovely shared outdoor area.
    Large Living and Dining area. Nicely decorated with stylish furniture. Lovely light and airy bedroom with plenty of clothes storage space. Bathroom with bath and shower. Fully equipped kitchen.
    South Cerney is a fantastic Village. Beautiful countryside and walks. Plenty of lakes for all kinds of activities. 3 pubs, one great for food, one for families and the other for a party. There is also a shop, Post Office, pharmacy, fanastic Fish and Chip shop and curry house. Everything you need in an idilic location.

Siamo rimasti solo una notte, ma sarei felicemente rimasto una settimana. Laura è stata bravissima a rispondere alle domande. È stato un soggiorno facile e senza problemi. Consigliamo felicemente il cottage ad altri.

  • Laura e Dries hanno un bellissimo cottage accogliente e pittoresco a South Cerney. Un posto ben arredato con tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno. Il villaggio di South Cerney è un bellissimo paesino, un ottimo negozio di patatine fritte a circa 50 metri di distanza, 2 graziosi piccoli pub molto vicini e un negozio Co Op raggiungibile a piedi. Grandi passeggiate nelle vicinanze, Cirencenster a pochi chilometri a nord, molti laghi e luoghi da esplorare. Ottimo per coppie o un individuo. Parcheggio direttamente di fronte. Ci sono alcune cose che ti possono aiutare quando arrivi come latte, pane, pezzetti negli armadietti per aiutarti lungo ciò che è adorabile. Un sacco di utensili in cassetti e armadi in cucina se ti piace cucinare e preparare i pasti. Bella tv grande con Sky, lettore CD per la musica con un sacco di CD, bel tavolo da pranzo per 4 nella zona lounge e un letto molto comodo. Se stai cercando un cottage nel Cotswolds, allora consiglierei sicuramente il cottage di Laura e Dries come posto dove andare, non rimarrai deluso.

  • Passammo un paio di notti al cottage di Laura e Dries. Era assolutamente adorabile e una casa lontano da casa! I padroni di casa sono così cordiali e disponibili, molto disponibili ed efficienti quando rispondono a tutti i messaggi che rendono tutto così semplice! Era arredato così bene, i divani e il letto super comodi e inoltre era più grande di quanto ci aspettassimo dalle foto. Quindi un sacco di spazio per rilassarsi. Era perfettamente pulito e ben attrezzato. Posizione incantevole per esplorare la zona locale e facile da girare. I pub locali come raccomandato da Laura e Dries nel loro libro di raccomandazioni erano esatte! Siamo stati benissimo e mi piacerebbe ritornare qualche volta!

  • Abbiamo assolutamente apprezzato il nostro soggiorno qui. Siamo andati per il nostro anniversario e siamo i benvenuti con una bottiglia di spumante. E 'stata la fuga perfetta in una parte molto bella del paese. Un sacco di posti dove andare a piedi nelle vicinanze e un grazioso pub proprio in fondo alla strada. La casa è più grande delle foto, ma si sentiva davvero accogliente. Abbiamo incontrato Dries e ci ha dato molti consigli per il divertimento locale. Laura è molto veloce nel rispondere. Ci hanno fornito pane, latte e uova che era davvero un bel tocco.

  • Non avremmo avuto un soggiorno migliore. La casa è adorabile È spazioso, pulito e perfetto per quello che volevamo. C'era un sacco di informazioni per le cose da fare, il che era fantastico. Abbiamo trascorso il fine settimana a passeggiare e nei pub intorno all'area che è esattamente quello che volevamo. Lo spazio esterno è perfetto per rilassarsi. La posizione è bellissima, siamo andati su alcune splendide passeggiate! Non potrei dire cose migliori del nostro soggiorno!

    The Potting Shed is the quintessential 5* Cotswold escape. Following an 18 month restoration completed in May 2019, this stone barn conversion is the perfect retreat. Located within the grounds of an elegant Grade II listed Georgian town house on Cecily Hill - voted one of the prettiest streets in England, this romantic getaway is accessed by a private stone bridge which leads through through a formal kitchen garden to a stunning private terrace.
    COVID-19 POTTING SHED UPDATE - Your safety and protection is our top priority, we are deep cleaning the Potting Shed between visits and have plenty of anti-bacterial wipes and hand wash throughout the property. In addition you are totally isolated, with your own private entrances, plenty of private outside space and the largest park (Cirencester Park) in the county right on your doorstep to roam around in complete privacy. As of 21/3/20 Most restaurants/Pubs are offering take away and delivery services. Further details will be listed in our guidebook as they become available. Send us a message, we are here to help! The Potting Shed is a self-contained converted stone barn which occupies 550 sq ft of living space and has a generous 200 sq ft private terrace. This gorgeous hideaway sits in our grounds but, with its own separate entrance, it is a very private and quiet cottage. Following an extensive restoration from the ground up in 2018/19, we have used local materials and Cotswold craftsmanship to create a retreat that’s been decorated to a very high standard throughout using beautiful fittings, Farrow and Ball paints and designer fabrics. Upstairs under the eaves, with their original lime-washed oak beams and exposed Cotswold stone walls, are 4 heritage double glazed conservation windows, fitted with black out blinds for the light early mornings. The queen sized (1400) pocket sprung bed with luxurious 400 thread Egyptian cotton pressed linen (Nb. Can also be set up as a twin room) occupies one end of the bedroom while a generous cupboard sits at the other end with a hanging rail and masses of hangers for your clothes and space for your bags. All the upstairs lighting controls are conveniently located next to both sides of the bed. In addition, there is a DAB Roberts radio on the bedside table. Downstairs features a great living space with excellent wifi and underfloor heating installed throughout. There’s a fully equipped kitchen containing a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment, gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine and masses of kitchen utensils, pots and pans… so if you fancy dining in, there’s everything you need to create delicious meals while the drop-leaf dining table can be extended from 2 to 4 places. In the cosy living area, there’s a deep sofa and a 4k TV with access to both Catch-up and Netflix. Finally, for those chilly evenings, a stylish Chesneys gas fire will keep you lovely and warm and as it’s operated by remote control, you need only to lift a finger ! The luxurious bathroom is also located downstairs and is equipped with underfloor heating and high end fittings such as a Hanns Grohe shower, Burlington taps and natural Bramley bathroom products, all designed for complete indulgence. To ensure your stay is as comfortable as can be, we’ve kitted out the cottage with a fully integrated heating system operated by Nest, which also controls the underfloor heating. But your safety is vital so we’ve also installed an intelligent AutoMist® fire suppression system. Outside, the terrace is perfectly set-up for alfresco drinks and dining and it is there exclusively for your use. There is a shared formal kitchen garden / potager, bordered by a mature hedge which forms the boundary of the shared space, beyond which the rest of the garden is private. The Gumstool Brook bridge was also rebuilt last year and the iron decorative railings and pillars which we added won the Cirencester 2019 Civic Design award. Checking-in, Dropping off & Parking The Potting Shed is set up for self check-in, with a keypad entry system on the bridge and a key safe by the front door. Unfortunately, we do not provide parking on site, however there is a drop off point at the end of the Gumstool Brook path, where guests can unload. Cars can be parked at The Old Station, The Brewery, Waterloo or The Beeches car parks; there is also free off-street parking on Barton Lane (subject to availability) just 3 minutes’ walk away. Alternatively, private parking can be arranged for a small charge 5 minutes walk away, including a Type 2 EV charge point. For those travelling without a car, Kemble train station is situated 10 minutes from Cirencester – and trains from London take 1hr 20mins. From May until September, the beautiful Cirencester open air swimming pool, with its warm spring-fed water, is open from 7am. It’s a couple of minutes' walk along from the Gumstool Brook bridge so why not go for a refreshing early morning dip!
    We are located in perhaps the most beautiful and convenient location in Cirencester. The local pub and best restaurants in town are 90 seconds away and if you enjoy a good walk, we are right next to the entrance of Cirencester park and estate owned by Lord and Lady Bathurst with a cafe, miles and miles of walking, Cirencester cricket club, tennis courts and polo which is played throughout the summer. Bring your walking boots or don’t and just sit in this wonderful park and watch the world go by.. last but not least there is the recently refurbished open air pool, 1 minute walk away and open throughout the summer.

It’s also a great hub for visiting other Cotswold towns.

Suggest groups of more than five adults seek larger accommodation.
    Our holiday home is cosy but with with all the modern conveniences. The onsite spa membership is free with the house, as is the wifi. The house sleeps two couples and up to four children. In the family room there are full size bunk beds although the top bunk is best suited to a child. There is also a 2ft 6" bed in the family room and another 2ft 6" trundle, both suitable for children.

    Converted in 2018, our outbuilding offers a modern take on a country suite. With separate bedroom, en-suite and large living space the detached annex is great for couples or singles to spend a few days away on the edge of the Cotswold Water Park - brilliant for walking and (flat!) cycling. Located at the end of a small residential cul-de-sac in the small village of Latton, we are close to the A419 giving perfect access to M4 and M5, great for those staying away for work.
    Living room with sofa, tv and dining table. Bedroom with double bed (with drawers underneath) and bedside tables. En-suite with shower, WC and sink There is no kitchen, but kettle, toaster, microwave and small fridge provided. Sole use, secure bike / boot store attached to the rear of the annex - great for walking and cycling. Please let us know if you wish to use this and we will provide keys.
    The Cotswold Water Park is all around us, great for walking and cycling or sailing, canoeing and swimming for the more adventurous. The market town of Cirencester (aka the capital of the Cotswolds) is 5 miles away.

    A beautiful Grade 11 listed country house, comfortable with luxurious touches and interior design influences. The house has many original features and lots of nooks and crannies to hideaway with a good book or work on a project.
    The house is right next door to Siddington church and opposite an ancient tithe barn. It is in a very quiet cul de sac, in the village but slightly apart from it. The village is very near Cirencester, a thriving market town which is the gateway to the Cotswolds and we also have wonderful walks and open fields with horses on our doorstep.
    It is a friendly village with a village shop and pub which serves good food within walking distance.

We may or may not be there face-to-face for check-in (if not we we provide a key) and we usually have minimal contact during the stay other than for queries and/or messages via the AirBnB app. As we like to keep our property quiet and relaxing, we are ideal for quiet people who go to bed before 10:30pm and raise after 7am.
    Use of room and bathroom. Use of kitchen for the microwave and to store a a couple of items in the fridge is OK if you let us know in advance. If you want to use the kitchen for anything more than that then there is an extra charge, usually £10 per night. As we are regularly cooking ourselves, please let us know before you arrive or there will likely not be space!
    Situated in Cotswold Water Park. Easy drive to Cirencester, Swindon and Malmesbury, along with the A419 and M4.

Mentre ero lì, il divano letto è stato scambiato con un letto matrimoniale. Il letto è DAVVERO comodo. I padroni di casa erano davvero gentili e disponibili.   • L'appartamento è grande e soddisfa pienamente la descrizione. Si tratta di un molto ben sviluppate e decorate con cura ex stalle con un enorme, proprio e indisturbati zona patio. Barbara è un'ottima hostess e si prende cura del benessere dei propri ospiti senza essere invadenti. Esso fornisce un po 'di cibo pronto e si offre di fare il bucato. L'appartamento è molto ben attrezzata e ha anche dettagliato le mappe a piedi della zona circostante sullo scaffale. Questi sono stati molto utili per le escursioni nella zona bellissima.   • Che piacere trovare una sistemazione tranquilla e appartata che offre il riposo e il relax. La nostra più grande gioia era il grande letto king size che era proprio come casa e ci ha permesso di massimizzare il nostro sonno di bellezza in una posizione tranquilla e accogliente. Anche le campane della chiesa locale erano un promemoria silenzioso del tempo che passava mentre la notte cadde. La Loggia è ben attrezzata per una coppia che rimane per qualche giorno con tutti i bit necessari per la cucina se si decide di fare un pasto. Tuttavia il pub locale, non aperto il lunedì, offre una buona selezione di cibo e l'accesso è attraverso un cancello in giardino! Barbara è l'ospite ideale, uno che ti saluta, ti mostra e poi ti lascia per divertirti. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la porta del frigorifero, che richiedeva nastro per mantenerlo chiuso, ma Barbara era giusto per la situazione per rimediare prontamente. Abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno e ci tornerei sicuramente se l'opportunità fosse.

Siamo stati ben forniti con un frigorifero pieno di fondamentali e prodotti da bagno graziosi nel bagno doccia, e una cosa siamo stati molto grati per la notte prima di un triathlon era il letto matrimoniale estremamente comodo.   • L'appartamento è molto carino e chic. Era estremamente pulito e ordinato e c'erano dei tocchi come la colazione per la mattina. È proprio nel centro di Cirencester, la posizione è perfetta. Ci sono un sacco di negozi, bar e ristoranti intorno. Vorrei menzionare (questo è qualcosa che non può essere cambiato) le pareti sono sottili, è possibile sentire un po 'di rumore dal lato sinistro dell'edificio e davanti quando le persone passano. Si prega di notare che questa è una fine della terrazza. Il parcheggio è molto ragionevole £ 6 dal venerdì sera alle 19:30 fino a domenica (il parcheggio è gratuito la domenica) e solo 2 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento Non esiterei a tornarci, Laura è un ospite fantastico.

    The Warren Set in a peaceful area of the Hoburne Cotwold park is this beautifully equipped mobile home within a few minutes walk to the main park entertaiment area and lakes. Complete with a private hot tub and decking We are perfectly positioned for easy reach to explore the Cotswolds and surrounding areas. If you are travelling in a large group then look at our other listing "The Burrow" as they are very close together.
    This is a luxury home with Private Hot Tub, full kitchen including, Oven/Hob, Fridge, Freezer, Washing Machine and Dishwasher. TV with DVD player in the lounge and TV's in both bedrooms. Music can be streamed using the built in Bluetooth speakers. Table and chairs inside for a cosy family meal. There are 2 bedrooms - one with a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room. The other has 2 3ft beds. Both bedrooms have ample storage space. The sofa can be made into a double bed. There is an additional family shower room. Outside there is a table and chairs on the decking The hot tub can be used for stays of 3 nights or more (with additional cost £15 per day - to cover cleaning, heating of water and chemicals - please contact me for details). At least 72 hours notice is needed for hot tub use. For 2 night stays the additional fee is £65. Hot Tub fees will be charged 2 weeks before your stay. Covid-19 update Please note that until further notice the park facilities are not available therefore we cannot provide passes. At the moment the park shop remains open
    The park has fully entertainment facilities for all age groups - whether that's crazy Golf, Kids Clubs, Boat trips on the lake, Fishing and much more. There are both indoor and outdoor pools to use. There is a local shop on site where you can buy everything you need for your stay. Some of the entertainment areas require passes at extra cost - please email me for details.Passes have additional costs - these can be paid directly to us and we will have them ready for your arrival.     Our barn is set in the idyllic village of Hankerton, near Malmesbury. Easily accessed from Bristol, Bath or Cheltenham. It is also 1 hour 15 minutes by train from London Paddington (Kemble). It was built in 1706, is grade 2 listed and is of oak and Cotswold stone construction. It has been lovingly restored over the years with a warmth and charm which we are confident you will love. You are welcome to enjoy the patio with views out to the countryside.
    You are welcome to enjoy the Barn's patio, equipped with table and chairs, where you can sit and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, listen to the trees rustle in the wind and even try your hand at bird watching.

We are a few miles from the Cotswold Water Park, a great holiday destination with plenty of activities available and just 10 minutes from the market towns of Cirencester and Malmesbury. We are happy to welcome Monday to Friday stays, either short or long term, please enquire for details. We look forward to welcoming you.
    The Coach House sleeps two adults, and we are happy to accommodate a child up to about 12 months, however you will need to bring a travel cot/Moses basket etc. We have plenty of parking and locked storage space if required for sports equipment etc.
    Minety is a popular village which offers two public houses (one is technically next door, although it is a few minutes walk down the road) and numerous footpaths and bridleways to access and enjoy the local countryside. A village store in Ashton Keynes is 2.5m miles away. The thriving market town of Cirencester which dates back to Roman times, is just 9 miles away. Offering a twice weekly market, a Waitrose supermarket, and a range of boutique shops, there is also an outdoor swimming pool (open May to September). The charming towns of Bath and Cheltenham are both also within easy reach. The Cotswold Water Park is just 6 miles away, and with 150 lakes set over 40 square miles, it offers a wide variety of water sports, a beach, various restaurants and picnic areas. There is also a cycle hire centre.

  • Un posto così incantevole in cui soggiornare. Meraviglioso per un weekend lontano. Padroni di casa fantastici che sono così accomodanti e lo spazio è perfetto. Bella vacanza e luogo perfetto per fare passeggiate. Incredibilmente vicino alla stazione e non riesci nemmeno a sentirlo. Uova fresche anche all'arrivo! Lo consiglio vivamente e ritorneremo sicuramente!

  • Stavo cercando un posto tranquillo e rilassante e l'ho trovato! Il mio ragazzo e io volevamo un posto dove non fare assolutamente nulla, che ci ha portato a trascorrere la maggior parte del tempo nella dependance ... eravamo così comodi! Abbiamo dormito meravigliosamente e l'intero posto era molto pulito. Ottimo soggiorno - prenoterò di nuovo se sono in zona

  • Incredibile doccia !! Piccolo spazio incantevole, letto comodo, ottima posizione, non abbiamo avuto una sbirciatina dai treni! Mi è piaciuto molto l'arredamento pulito e biancheria da letto, molto confortevole e ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo per quella posizione e le strutture. Perfetto per soggiorni brevi.

  • Un appartamento molto accogliente in un'ottima posizione. Aveva tutto il necessario, era letteralmente a 1 minuto a piedi dalla stazione e ci sono tonnellate di cose nella zona circostante di voi hanno una macchina. Lo consiglierei sicuramente per una coppia staycation!

  • Siamo venuti al Cotswold per un lungo weekend esplorando le città locali e camminando. E 'stato un fine settimana piovoso, ma questo bellissimo e accogliente appartamento era il posto perfetto dove tornare dopo una giornata sotto la pioggia! Le uova fresche lasciate per noi erano deliziose e l'intero posto era perfettamente pulito e ordinato. Era così bello avere attrezzature da cucina e la doccia era eccezionale. Ci torneremo sicuramente quando uscirà il sole!

  • Il posto di Helen era perfetto per il nostro weekend lontano nel Cotswolds, a breve distanza dalle città locali e dalla bellissima campagna, compresa la vicina sorgente del Tamigi. Il posto era confortevole e aveva tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno, e ci hanno fatto sentire i benvenuti - c'erano anche uova appena posate per noi! Altamente raccomandato.

    Our lakeside lodge offers comfortable, modern accommodation with stunning views across the lake, perfect for a memorable get away. Our luxury lodge is perfectly positioned, a stones throw from the waters edge, a perfect place to relax after a busy day. Situated in the Cotswolds, an area of outstanding natural beauty, our lodge is perfectly placed. We're just a 15 minute drive from Bibury Burton on the Water and all the beautiful Cotswolds villages.
    The open plan living area is modern and comfortable with two 2 seater settees, decorated to the highest standard to ensure you relax in front of the fire, whilst taking in the stunning views. There is a TV and surround sound music system. There are USB charging points. The kitchen area has all the facilities you'd expect from a 5* lodge, including a dishwasher, washing machine, American style fridge freezer, 5 ring cooker all to the highest spec. The dining area has a breakfast bar seating 2 and an adjoining dining table seating 4. There are two bedrooms, one with a large double bed and an ensuite shower room and one with two single beds, each with plenty of storage and hanging space. There is a separate shower room and WC. There is decking around the lodge. The decking area is a great place to watch the wildlife and take in the wonderful scenery. There are several comfy chairs and a sofa. There is also a BBQ. The lake is well stocked and the fishing is great. (You have a deck by the side of the lodge that you can fish off with the relevant licence).
    The stunning lakeside location, on the Hoburne Cotswold park is the perfect place to unwind and watch the wildlife.

  • Ho soggiornato per 3 notti. Per utilizzare il lodge come base per alcuni motociclisti nella zona. La sua posizione era eccezionale. Il lodge era molto pulito e ordinato e la vista sul lago era molto bella. Latte, tè, caffè e biscotti erano disponibili all'arrivo, che dopo 4 ore di motociclismo erano i benvenuti. Siamo tutti d'accordo, vorremmo tornare indietro.

    Cosy Home near Cirencester in the heart of the Cotswolds. Charming, light, modern house situated in the beautiful Cotswold village of Kemble. Just outside of Cirencester, in the heart of the Cotswolds. Trains are available to London from the nearby, pretty village station. This is an ideal base to explore all the Cotswolds has to offer, including the source of the river Thames which is just a short walk away.
    This light and airy space is the perfect base for couples (with or without babies/toddlers) wishing to discover the Cotswolds. It is a 10 minute walk to the train station and a 5 minute drive from Cirencester. This country retreat is ideal for accessing the many pubs, restaurants and shops to be found locally. The house has its own front door and entrance porch where coats and boots can be left. Secure storage for bikes can be arranged if requested in advance. The fully fitted kitchen comprises:- an electric oven, grill and 2 hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, fridge and freezer, glassware, crockery and pans. There is more than enough to self cater but should you require anything else, please ask and we will endeavour to obtain it. Breakfast can easily be found in town. However, we are very happy to source some breakfast provisions locally at extra cost. The seating area comprises; a three seater sofa and a TV and DVD player. There is no satellite TV, but there is a HDMI cable which can be connected to your laptop or the DVD player which has a large selection of DVDs to choose from. There is a gate leg table which can be folded out to make a lovely dining area.
    The village of Kemble is situated in an idyllic countryside setting with many lovely walks on your doorstep but also centrally located to explore the rest of the Cotswolds. The village has a village shop and choice of pubs, plus its on the main train line from London. Within a 5 minute drive you can reach the market town of Cirencester, the capital of the Cotswolds. You can spend your time browsing through the many boutique shops or have a drink at one of the fine pubs or restaurants on offer. Also a short drive away is the market town of Tetbury with its many antique and boutique shops where you can spend an afternoon exploring or visit the private residence of Prince Charles & Camilla at Highgrove Gardens. Within an hours drive you can reach many of the renowned Cotswold villages and towns such as Bibury, Burford, Stow-on-the-Wold, Cheltenham, Bourton-on-the-Water and Bath. For the more adventurous you can access all the activities the Cotswold Water Park has to offer including waterskiing, wakeboarding, paddle boarding, horse riding, golfing, fishing and even paint balling. I also recommend visiting the fabulous Butts Farm which has an award winning farm shop and is open to visitors with many animals to see and activities to take part in, only a 10 minute drive from Kemble.

    This brand new, peaceful, self contained detached annex is warm and cosy. It has a luxurious king size bed and a small wet room with a rain shower. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee and tea making facilities, including a nespresso machine. Please note that breakfast is self-service continental style taken in the annex.
    We are extremely well located. Ampney Crucis is 3 miles from the busy market town of Cirencester, known as the Capital of the Cotswolds. Cirencester offers a farmers market, a selection of restaurants and is renowned for its boutique and art and craft shops. Ampney Crucis is just a short drive from the beautiful village of Bibury, as well as being within easy reach of Bourton on the Water, Lechlade and Burford. It is well located for various attractions such as Westonbirt Arboreatum, the Cotswold Wildlife Park as well as racing at Cheltenham.
