Selection of Great pubs 2-5 minutes walk away serving traditional cuisine and excellent selection of drinks to cater for everyone. Village shop and post office are a 2 minute walk down the road.

  • La mia famiglia ed io abbiamo trascorso una settimana per le vacanze di Pasqua nel Cottage di Steve e abbiamo assaporato la vita della vera campagna inglese. La casa è stata accogliente, funzionale e pulita e adatta ai bambini. Pur arrivando di notte la strategia del check in e il calore della casa ci hanno subito fatto sentire a nostro agio. Steve è un host molto preciso e scrupoloso sempre presente per ogni necessità. Speriamo di poter tornare nella splendida Napton on the Hill! e nell'elegantissimo Cottage di Steve!

Base adorabile per visitare le aree circostanti. Il negozio del villaggio ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno e altro ancora. Il pub Folly Inn circa 15 minuti a piedi e ne vale la pena.

    Charming one-bedroom character cottage built in 1600 and situated in the beautiful Warwickshire village of Napton-on-the-Hill. An ideal base to take in the stunning local countryside, enjoy a leisurely lunch by the canal side, or explore the nearby historic towns of Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon. A perfect little haven for a relaxing break.
    The historic 17th century cottage has a private access. The entrance to the property leads into the cosy character lounge and upstairs you will find a spacious double bedroom with en- suite (featuring a bath, so bubble bath is a must!) Although there is no kitchen in the cottage; you will find a kettle, toaster, microwave (upon request) and fridge (for that all-important bottle of chilled wine) and we also provide tea, coffee and milk so you can enjoy a well-deserved cuppa after your journey. There are excellent local pubs within walking distance for a spot of dinner and the fabulous local shop has a café with delicious home-made produce, including take-away dinners. There is no off-road parking but street parking is accessible adjacent to the property.
    The Folly Inn, set on the bank of the Oxford Canal, and The King’s Head are our two local pubs that serve food, and both are within a 10-minute walk of the cottage. Aside from the stunning countryside, the village also boasts a fishery, a reservoir, and even has its own cidery which use apples from unsprayed orchards. You can visit the cidery and learn how the cider is made, taste at least 6 different ciders and pick your favourites from the shop to take away. You can pre book tours and tastings and they also run workshops throughout the year. Our fabulous local family owned village shop, post office and café is only a 3-minute walk away and here you will find everyday essentials plus a whole lot more! Bursting with local produce, the kitchen serves up fresh homemade sweet and savoury food, barista fresh coffee, and the deli fridge will certainly tempt you!

There is a wonderful family run village shop a short walk away, Napton Village Store and Kitchen, with a well stocked shop, post office and café. The Oxford Canal runs beside the cottages, and is the perfect place to enjoy a walk surrounded by open countryside.     A large bedroom with super comfortable king size bed with delux Hypnos mattress. bathroom with powerful Shower & bath. Plus a lovely farm house kitchen with a large range cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble drier. This is a beautiful country setting surrounded by footpaths ideal for hikers, cyclists and explorers who enjoy the countryside. The Grand Union Canal can be accessed from the top of the drive and the famous Folly pub is a picturesque short walk away.
    "Lower Fields Farm" is a hidden treasure that makes an ideal retreat for anyone wishing to escape to the country. The accommodation has its own private entrance with views looking out onto farmland, sheep and horses. The location is perfect for anyone visiting the area and is an easy commute from Warwick House in Southam, Coventry, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Gaydon and Stratford-Upon-Avon. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a tranquil country setting for the professional who wishes to leave the maddening crowd, yet needs to be near major travel routes including the M1/M40.     Myer Bridge Farm Cottage is situated on the A425, one mile out of the market town of Southam. Myer Bridge Farm Cottage is a detached two-bedroom cottage that has recently been renovated and refurbished to a very high standard. The Cottage sits immediately adjacent to the Farm House, and is part of a small 40 acre farm with cattle, sheep & poultry. We are on an A road and there is traffic noise. As we are a farm, there are animal noises too.

Annette ha reso così facile trovare la sistemazione ed è stata estremamente istruttiva e in anticipo con la comunicazione. Non avremmo potuto chiedere di più. I tocchi speciali che ha fatto per mio papà 60esimo erano semplicemente adorabili e anche i consigli per i ristoranti non avrebbero potuto adattarci meglio.     My home is a converted barn with lots of character and charm. I have an acre of land where my two naughty ponies live to the rear of the property. I also have two dogs and one cat. The barn is in a quiet country village, with one pub that offers food from Tuesday through to Saturday. The location of the village is about 8 miles from Leamington Spa and 6 miles from Rugby where there are lots of delicious restaurants and fun shopping.
    My home is quiet and secluded area and has a large patio with a water feature at the back and two smaller patios around the side of the house. Beyond the garden is a paddock menage and stables where my two ponies live. If you enjoy walking there are plenty of nice walks to go on around the village.
    Although the village is peaceful, tranquille and relaxing. It is only a few miles from major motorways so you have the best of both worlds. The village has one church called St Nicholas and one pub called the Friendly Inn. There are nice country walks that I can give you details of. In all if you are looking for somewhere less busy and a place to settle back this is the place for you.

    First floor detached annex with private entrance, king size bed and en-suite shower room. Tea and coffee making facilities are available. There are no kitchen facilities, however Southam boasts numerous cafes, bars and restaurants.
    The annex has recently been refurbished to a high standard. King size bed with soft touch linen and luxury towels are provided. Velux windows are fitted with blackout blinds. Tea and coffee making facilities are available, as well as WiFi and smart TV. Access is available 24 hours, with ample off road parking. We also offer complementary EV charging, with a 7KWh type 2 tethered wall unit, and 3KWh socket available.
    We are located 1 mile outside of Southam, a small market town in Warwickshire.

Under floor heating throughout and hot water provided by a ground source heat pump. The Stable has a spacious double bedroom and a separate shower room with walk-in shower. There is a sofa bed in the lounge area, allowing the option to accommodate extra guests. Raramente la vedevo (come ero principalmente fuori durante il giorno), ma dalle nostre interazioni potevo dire che è una persona bella. La camera era fantastica e il balcone era un bonus molto bello.   • Elaine è un ospite molto carino e il suo posto era perfetto per me. Mi è veramente piaciuto stare lì. Lei era molto cordiale e disponibile con tutto e ho sentito il benvenuto e in casa. La camera era proprio come nella descrizione e le immagini - e la terrazza era semplicemente incantevole. Mi dispiace davvero di non poterlo usare più spesso. Elaine ha un buon gusto per la decorazione, tutto sembra ben curato e pulito. Anche il suo piccolo cane era molto cordiale e così carino! Dunchurch è un bel piccolo villaggio, dove è possibile coprire le vostre esigenze di base: pub, ristoranti / take away, ecc e un piccolo Spar presso la stazione di servizio. Per maggiori acquisti ci vorranno meno di 5 minuti in auto da un superstore di Sainsbury. Rugby a nord è a pochi minuti di auto e l'autostrada nel sud è vicino, quindi sei in un villaggio di campagna e ancora vicino a una città e ai principali itinerari di viaggio. Quindi, quando cerchi un posto dove stare nella regione, posso davvero consigliare il posto di Elaine e questo ospite bello. Sono rimasto molto triste lasciare e sicuramente cercherò di rimanere nuovamente la prossima volta ho l'opportunità di essere nella zona !!!

Local pub at end of driveway but has restricted hours for food - please ask, other facilities available but these are a minimum of 5 minutes drive away. Parking in private driveway, lots of local walks, no local buses but all amenities are a few minutes drive away. We offer charging facilities for electric vehicles ask for details. We have 2 other double rooms.
    A double en-suite bedroom on the first floor (stairs) with air con, Wifi, Fridge, Microwave, Tea and Coffee making facilities. TV with SKY & desk.
    Coventry (30 minutes), Gaydon (25 minutes) and Silverstone (40 minutes) all within easy travel distance by car, easy access to Historic Stratford and Warwick and the Cotswolds. Onley grounds 5 minutes by car.

    This lovely extended Victorian Terrace has a spacious bedroom that easily accommodates 2 adults. Your room has a standard double bed with a comfortable mattress, built in wardrobe, drawers, and wifi connection inclusive. Guests have access to the study, bathroom, kitchen and living room and all outside space. There is ample on road parking outside the property.
    The house has a brand new kitchen and is freshly decorated in light modern colours. While you will see some personal belongings, this is not my main residence and as such you will have the space entirely to yourself.
    This lovely extended Victorian Terrace in central Southam has 3 double bedrooms sleeping 6. Ideally situated for access to Warwick house, just 10 minutes walk. Perfectly places for contractors working on the HS2 project. The kitchen/ living room has integrated appliances, with comfortable sofa to seat 3. Upstairs is an additional room with desk and sofa. Children's facilities available on request. Ample on road parking outside the property.

    Within walking distance of Warwick House Wedding Venue and the shops, bars & restaurants of Southam with easy access to Dallas Burston Polo Ground, Leamington Spa, Jaguar Land Rover, Warwick, Rugby, Daventry and Banbury. In beautiful countryside with easy access to main travel routes. I have 2 double rooms sharing a luxury bathroom, for members of the same party only. Ideal for families or groups travelling together or sole Mon - Thurs business travellers. We live here with 3 friendly cats
    I have 2 rooms available for members of the same party only sharing one modern bathroom. Each room has a £7 cleaning fee per visit. If you book the charges may not work out right as Air BnB doesn't understand my pricing. If in doubt message me and let you what the correct price will be and I can amend the invoice. The rooms are all beautifully decorated and have 100% cotton bedding. High quality towels are supplied and there is always shower gel in the bathroom. Feel free to use the kitchen, garden and garden room. There is on-street parking and free wi-fi. Mon-Thurs check in is after 16.30 as I am at work and check out 08:00 or by prior arrangement. It is more flexible at the weekend. Leamington Spa is 6 miles away and Banbury and Rugby around 10 miles. Stratford upon Avon is 20 miles and the the Cotswolds are a pretty 35 minute drive down the Fosse Way. Weekend check in and out times by arrangement (we will try to accommodate all requests) Please help yourselves to tea/coffee, cereal, toast for breakfast. If you would like a cooked breakfast (weekends only) there will be a £6 per person extra charge. We live in the property and are available as much or as little as you require.
    Southam is a small historical market town which has shopping, pubs/restaurants, leisure centre, recreational park and walks.

  • Nel complesso, un ottimo posto dove andare per un weekend per allontanarsi dal trambusto delle grandi città / città. La barca è completamente attrezzata con attrezzature da cucina (anche se non c'è il forno, quindi non pianificare per cucinare di fantasia), un comodo letto matrimoniale e un posto doccia interessante. La posizione è abbastanza isolata, quindi dovresti aspettarti una buona privacy. La barca è anche parcheggiata proprio accanto al posto di Lizzy e David quindi l'aiuto è letteralmente a due passi! David ci ha accolto come ci siamo registrati in tarda serata e ci ha dato una pagnotta del suo pane fatto in casa - ha un sapore fantastico! Siamo stati benissimo e consiglierei ad altri di prenotare da Lizzy e David quando si visita la zona.

Era al settimo cielo quando vide la splendida barca e ancor più quando apprese che sarebbe stata in grado di portarla a fare un giro! La barca è ormeggiata in una posizione incantevole con uno splendido scenario e un pub o troppo vicino! David e Lizzy sono dei padroni di casa adorabili e cordiali. Ci avevano rifornito con alcune scorte a bordo e ci avevano persino preparato del pane fatto in casa! David è un istruttore geniale e ha fatto una tale gioia imparare i dettagli della guida della barca e del funzionamento delle serrature. La barca ha tutto il necessario per una breve pausa, anche se se ti piace la tv o un normale contatto internet potresti avere difficoltà.     Stylish self contained flat in rural Warwickshire, above the garage of the owner's house accessed by an external staircase. Sleeps 2-4.
    A tranquil space with open plan kitchen, bedroom and sitting area with an adjoining bathroom. The space has been newly converted and offers everything you could need for a short or long term stay, it's bright and airy in the summer and warm and cosy in the winter. There is a kingsize bed with hypoallergenic bedding and a kingsize sofa bed, both in the open plan space. Wifi is available throughout and there is a TV with DVD/Xbox. Elmers Loft is in the grounds of Elmers Farm, a beautiful stone farmhouse which is home to me, my partner and my three children, two lovely dogs and two friendly cats.
    Our home is in the small but pretty village of Priors Hardwick, The Butchers Arms, an upmarket English/Portuguese restaurant is just a couple of minutes walk away and there are plenty of other great pubs within a few miles. There are lovely walks in all directions from the village. There is a thriving village shop and cafe 4 miles away in Napton-on-the-Hill, beyond that we are around 20 minutes from the towns of Daventry, Banbury and Leamington Spa, 30 minutes from Rugby and Warwick and 40 minutes from Stratford-upon-Avon.

La cucina era anche ben attrezzata con attrezzature da cucina. Il pavimento riscaldato in bagno è talmente bello, specialmente ora sta diventando freddo di nuovo, la doccia era anche bella e gli asciugamani molto morbidi! Ha piovuto tutto il giorno in uno dei giorni, ma lo spazio era confortevole e accogliente da frequentare per gran parte della giornata e ci sono giochi e dvd forniti se necessario. Davvero felice e ci tornerò sicuramente!

La bottiglia di vino nel frigo era un tocco delizioso dopo un lungo viaggio in auto. Ottimo pub locale (il cui giardino è una stravaganza floreale!) In un affascinante villaggio di case storiche e una graziosa chiesa locale. Miriam e la sua compagna erano semplicemente dei padroni di casa eccellenti ed ero così grato di trovare un posto così meraviglioso che fosse anche felice di ospitare il mio cane. 5 stelle!

    Croft Lodge is a cosy annex for 2 situated at the end our family home in the centre of the Warwickshire village of Princethorpe. Away from the road with private parking the lodge has its own entrance to give guest flexibility and privacy.
    Croft Lodge is a homely space comprising of 1 bedroom with a comfy double bed with an en-suite bathroom including a shower. The bedroom has traditional features, beamed with views overlooking the courtyard and gardens. The Lodge is situated at the end of our home - Croft House - with its own entrance and parking. Croft Lodge has a kitchenette with a fridge, hob and microwave to allow guests the freedom to self-cater. For your convenience there is a breakfast bar to sit at to enjoy meals with views over the garden. English Breakfast Tea, coffee, milk and sugar will be provided as well as basic cooking ingredients - oil, salt and pepper, soya sauce, tomato sauce. The local shop and post office at the village garage has provisions or the local Co-Op is only 3 miles down the road in Ryton -on-Dunsmore. Larger supermarkets are only 5 miles away on the London Road to Coventry. There is a washing machine and tumble drier which you are welcome to use. WiFi is available in the lodge and you can stream programmes on your tablet or phone.
    Princethorpe is a historic village in the heart of Warwickshire. Situated in the middle of the towns of Rugby, Coventry and Leamington Spa, Princethorpe sits on a crossroads of the Fosse Way and London Road. On the outskirts of the village is Princethorpe College, built on the site of a French Priory, the chapel was designed and built by Peter Paul Pugin and is of significant historical importance. The house and lodge is set back from the road and is very quiet and secluded. There are plenty of walks in the surrounding countryside and woodlands. You can walk to Ryton Pool Country Park to see birds and other wildlife. There are plenty of local pubs - the Three Horseshoes in Princethorpe - and others in the surrounding villages providing good food. The Indian restaurant in the neighbouring village of Marton will deliver for free. For something a bit more special there is also plenty of choice of restaurants in the nearby towns of Leamington Spa, Kenilworth and Rugby. Princethorpe is not far from many well known national attractions including Warwick Castle and Kenilworth Castle, theatres in Coventry, Leamington and Warwickshire Arts Centre, as well as the National Agricultural Centre (NAC) at Stoneleigh, National Exhibition Centre and Ricoh Area, home of the Wasps Rugby and Netball Teams. The lodge is convenient for both Coventry and Warwick University Open Days.

    Forget Me Not Cottage is a recently extended farm cottage. It is light and airy, with a homely and cozy feel. Priors Marston is a thriving rural community with a pub and church, and surrounded by fields for walks and winding down.
    The original farm cottage has a stunning open plan kitchen which leads onto a family area which is flooded with natural daylight from the ceiling lantern. Range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing/dryer and well equipped kitchen. Bifolding french doors open the kitchen into the fully fenced garden which has a good sized patio area. There's a separate cozy lounge with a sofa bed, real flame gas fire and a downstairs toilet/shower room too. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a family bathroom. Priors Marston is a thriving village in Warwickshire on the borders of Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire. 30 minutes drive to Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Silverstone 40 minutes drive to Oxford 60 minutes to Birmingham and London The Oxford Canal and Jurassic Way both run nearby so if you like to walk, there's plenty of countryside around you to enjoy. 12 miles to Banbury and Long Buckby railway stations which are both on the London mainlines Well behaved pets are welcome
    Priors Marston is a beautiful rural Warwickshire village, surrounded by farmland. We are well served with local shops, pubs and restaurants. Many of local pubs are offering a takeaway service for the next few months and our local Village Stores is well stocked with essentials, and locally produced farm foods. They produce delicious fresh bread and sell locally grown produce. There are larger supermarkets in nearby towns which, even in the current crisis, are still able to provide plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. The village has established a great support network and there's a general feeling of goodwill. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside, so there are so many opportunities to go for long walks or cycle rides.

    Napton Fields Holiday Cottages are perfectly situated when visiting rural Warwickshire for business or pleasure. A great base for exploring or working at nearby Southam, Gaydon (including The British Motor Museum), Warwick, Royal Leamington Spa, Stratford Upon Avon, NAC Stoneleigh, Silverstone and the Cotswolds. We are minutes away from The Grand Union Canal - Napton Loop and numerous marinas. Also perfect for Warwick House wedding venue in Southam, or just visiting family and friends.
    The Cart Barn – Is a traditional barn which has been lovingly converted to a high specification self catering holiday let, with exposed beams & feature exposed brickwork. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a pleasant & memorable stay for our guests. The Cart Barn is fully furnished with open plan fitted kitchen, breakfast bar/work area & lounge. Under floor heating throughout and hot water provided by a ground source heat pump. The Cart Barn has a double bedroom and a separate shower room with walk-in shower. This cottage is ideally suited to 2 people however there is a sofa bed in the lounge area, allowing the option to accommodate an extra guest. Please note there is no blind on the skylight, making it light early in the mornings in the summer if sleeping in this lounge area. Please bring an eye mask if this will cause a problem •Towels, linen & toiletries provided. •Tea, coffee, sugar & milk included. •Electric Oven & Ceramic Hob, Microwave, Fridge with freezer compartment, Dishwasher. •Freeview flat screen TV in lounge & bedroom. •Free wifi – rural broadband. •Private off road parking. •Picnic tables for ‘Al Fresco’ dining.

Our cottages are situated around a central courtyard nestled behind ‘The Folly Inn’, a traditional Country pub with a charming garden serving wholesome food and ales. Our self catering cottages are fully furnished with everything you could need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and all have wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. Perfect for holidays or business trips all year round.

    Napton-on-the-Hill is an active village in the heart of Warwickshire countryside, easily accessible by road and rail. Just 10 miles from the M40, there is lots to see and do in all directions, and we are ideally situated as a base for visiting Stratford – upon – Avon, Warwick Castle, and the Cotswolds. There is a wonderful family run village shop a short walk away, Napton Village Store and Kitchen, with a well stocked shop, post office and café. The Oxford Canal runs beside the cottages, and is the perfect place to enjoy a walk surrounded by open countryside. Or bring your bikes and make the most of the quiet country roads and views, with some excellent pubs to visit along the way.
