Open plan gable living room kitchen. Wet room. King size bedroom downstairs with double doors opening onto morning terrace. Watch the sunset on the west facing terrace. Double bedroom and space for children to sleep. Wet room and fully functional kitchen. Private Hot tub. Suitable for up to 4 adults and 2/3 children. There are space saving stairs to the first floor. These are quite steep. There is a stair gate at the top but not at the bottom. Something to note if you have small children. Outdoor dining & BBQ. The ground floor is part disabled friendly. Anyone booking must be able to open doors independently for easy escape.
Here in North Norfolk we are spoilt for choice on award winning eateries, whimsical walks and Stunning Norfolk Coastline. Situated in Between Houghton, Sandringham, close to Kings Lynn and our favourite beaches.
  • Siamo stati 3 notti per il mio compleanno, mantenuto in maniera impeccabile e un valore molto ragionevole per la qualità dell'esperienza. Dal primo giorno ci siamo sentiti come in paradiso. La stanza era così intima, molto semplice e anche molto bella, abbiamo apprezzato molto la vasca idromassaggio ed era assolutamente rilassante. Non dimenticherò mai questi 3 fantastici giorni che tengo nel mio cuore ♥ ️ Consiglio vivamente questo posto. Grazie ancora per un favoloso soggiorno!

  • La casa sull'albero di Katy è semplicemente sbalorditiva. Siamo andati con due bambini piccoli in cerca di un posto dove rilassarsi e rilassarsi la sera. Volevamo che un posto avesse tante avventure con i bambini. Non ha deluso. I momenti salienti dovevano essere il barbecue sul balcone, fare storie della buonanotte a piedi nei boschi, guardare il sole tramontare, rilassarsi nella vasca idromassaggio quando i bambini erano a letto e poi rilassarsi la notte via con le chiacchiere sul balcone a guardare i pipistrelli volare intorno agli alberi in cerca di insetti. Lo stordimento sarebbe sicuramente tornato indietro.

  • Questo è un posto fantastico dove stare, soprattutto se hai solo bisogno di scappare da un posto affollato come Londra. Katy è stata molto rapida ad aiutare con qualsiasi domanda e aveva il posto pulito e pronto per l'uso. Le foto non rendono giustizia a questo posto. I panorami e lo scenario sono bellissimi. I letti sono comodi e avrete una cucina completa da usare, un barbecue e una vasca idromassaggio / jacuzzi davvero bella. Altamente raccomandato e tornerò presto. Grazie

    Wood Lodge is a lovely self catering holiday get away in North Runcton, Norfolk, close to the stunning North Norfolk coast, Sandringham Estate and North Norfolk Nature Reserve. Wood Lodge has the benefit of being located near some of the country's most stunning scenery, comprising of country estates, beaches, bird watching and various walks. You will also find other activities and outings to suit a variety of interests, ages and, of course, English weather situations!
    Wood Lodge, a self contained property, is newly renovated to a high standard focusing on comfortable living for either a family, friends or couples wishing for time away. Wood Lodge comprises of 2 double bedrooms, one downstairs bedroom with 1 double bed and an upstairs bedroom with 2 single beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the living area. The kitchen and bathroom (both downstairs) have just been refurbished, making the accommodation very comfortable. Within the living area there are 2 large sofas, television with DVD player, dining table and chairs for up to 6 people. Outside there is a large garden area (sole use for Wood Lodge) with picnic table, great for children to spread their legs! WIFI is available throughout the lodge. Wood Lodge is situated next to our home, Wood Cottage. 1 WEEK SUMMER BOOKINGS ARE ON A FRI TO FRI BASIS.     This stunning quaint property is wrapped in 12 acres of private nature filled woodland. With a short walk to hundreds of acres and lakes of Bawsey Country Park. From an open fire to a luxurious hot tub. This wonderful property is about finding time to relax, unwind and make happy memories from beautiful walks that end with a cup of tea as the dog lays in front of the Aga, to stargazing the night sky with perhaps a glass of bubbly while relaxing in the hot tub.
    Paradise is situated in private woodlands which is shared with one other property, but is accessed by its own completely separate driveway and front door. Both properties having their own private gardens and hot tubs. Paradise is surrounded by nature and backing onto one of the most breath-taking Country parks.
    Nature, privacy, luxury and fun. Its about relaxation and creating an experience that will remain with you for a lifetime and hopefully be the first of many visits. We have succeeded if you are coming back to recharge with us in years to come.
  • Due amici e un Labrador sono venuti a Norfolk per una pausa girly. Cottage aveva tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno quindi potevamo semplicemente sederci, rilassarsi e godersi una bottiglia di vino! Non credevo che i laghi fossero così vicini come descritti ma lo sono davvero! Tutti e tre siamo andati a fare una nuotata! Il vino e gli asciugamani extra per l'uso in vasca idromassaggio / zampe di cane erano molto apprezzati e davvero premuroso. Siamo stati benissimo e mi piacerebbe tornare!

    Renovated private double room with shared bathroom in a bright victorian building situated in the historic heart of King's Lynn. Allocated off-road parking for a car or small van. Short walk to the Corn Exchange, market square, Wetherspoons, High Street and train station.
    The ground floor flat is in a renovated Grade II listed building built c.1840. The private double room is spacious, has high ceilings and a large window for lots of natural light. The double bed has a new spring, padding and memory foam combination mattress, two pillows per person, extra blankets, desk, smart TV, kettle, cafetiere, tea bags (including herbal), iron, hair drier, heated towel rail and silent fridge. For autumn/ winter there is a 13.5 tog hollow fibre duvet. The room also has a two-seater sofa. The underfloor heating will be pre-programmed but can be overridden. In addition, there is an electric panel heater attached to the wall.
    History Coming out of the courtyard, looking to your right you can see the Tuesday market Place which is the largest medieval market square in Northern Europe. Surrounding the square are a restaurant (Prezzo), Pubs, the Corn Exchange venue, other businesses and meeting rooms for hire. At the opposite end of King Street, you'll find the 17th Century Custom House (which also serves as a Tourist Information Centre), a new gallery space and access to the Quayside which leads to the only two remaining Hanseatic buildings in the country. Located by the river, Hanse House has an indoor market, exhibition space, Bistro and a lot of history. Marriott's Warehouse is a restaurant with a great view of the river Ouse. A business networking group meets weekly on a Tuesday at the Wetherspoons across the road and there are other meeting rooms available at other locations in the town. Leisure As well as the historical attractions and variety of restaurant and bars found in the centre of King's Lynn, a cycle ride or short car journey will take you to the country retreat of The Queen at Sandringham which includes 240 hectares of publicly accessible woodlands. There is a cycle route which leads here, and avoids busy roads. A 47 minute bus ride or 30 minute car ride will get you to the closest beach at Heacham. Just a little further, you'll find Hunstanton - with distinctive striped cliffs, a ship wreck, promenade, amusements and cafes. The North Norfolk coast has some of the most beautiful beaches in Britain with access to some long coastal walks, breathtaking sunsets and areas of historical and natural interest.

  • Confortevole camera pulita nel cuore della città con parcheggio privato. La stanza non è niente di speciale sebbene sia pulita. Ma Rob ha pensato a molte cose che gli altri ospiti trascurano: un frigorifero personale con latte fresco e acqua minerale, caricabatterie per telefono / iPad ecc. Beautifully furnished in a vintage style and quirky style. Stuffed full of little things that will make you smile. Great reviews. Near great pubs and fabulous places to eat. No wifi - have a detox from your phone! Leave the rat race behind and have some peace...breathe, relax and recharge...
    The Summerhouse is now in its 8th year of my ownership and there are now so many people who know how special this little place is. Families come back year after year to have a traditional, old fashioned holiday. Many children ask their parents to come back, couples come for the peace and quiet, and guests also come on their own to lap up the wonderful space. To unplug from busy lives. This makes me so happy as this was my vision when I bought the property. So get your buckets and spades ready! The site is still very quiet even in the summer, allowing you to sit under the willow tree and read that book you have been meaning to start. Children can run around and play, make dens, look at the stars in their PJs, play games and experience a wholesome traditional family holiday (without technology!), and a holiday that they will remember... The Summerhouse has undergone a spruce up and up style in 2019, freshly painted, new items of vintage furniture and with all the carpets professionally cleaned. Check out my sister chalet, newly renovated for the 2017 season, The Wendy House', can be booked together for larger group gatherings...stunning! It is also perfect for a romantic getaway for two...or just bliss for one! From November 1st until March 1st The Summerhouse turns into 'The Winter Cabin', faux fur throws, hand crochet blankets and the chalet dressed for winter. Magical for children, or a complete escape from the rat race for adults. Winter is a very special time to visit, desolate beaches, great pubs with open fires and not forgetting the thousands of geese that migrate to this area. Winter walks and rosy cheeks. The 'Winter Cabin', is on a very quiet site, you may be the only people who are in residence...this may not suit everyone, it is very dark! I love it as it all adds to the adventure and...you can see the stars. The chalet is heated by plug in electric oil heaters and is very snuggly...any questions please ask
    Very quiet family owned site but with easy access to shops, bakery, butcher, great pubs, amazing beaches...and I mean amazing beaches and all that this part of Norfolk has to offer.

  • Il posto di Wendy è molto dolce. Siamo arrivati quando il prato veniva falciato e il fresco odore di erba e mare così vicino mi ricordava la mia infanzia. I miei ragazzi adoravano il blackout WiFi e trascorrevano del tempo giocando con i giochi di uccelli e i regali di Wendy. Un sacco di tocchi deliziosi e un ottimo servizio anche fino all'invio di aiuto quando non riuscivo a lavorare la cucina! Ottimo posto grazie!

  • Un delizioso chalet degli anni '60 in un piccolo parco tranquillo. Caldo e accogliente per una pausa invernale. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia (o dal pub). I carichi da fare nella zona e la spiaggia è eccezionale. Mi è piaciuto andare a fare passeggiate presto la mattina e guardare gli uccelli e tornare alla spiaggia per prendere il tramonto. Sistemazione molto confortevole e tutto il necessario se si decide di rimanere e cucinare. Doccia calda. Letto morbido Bello. Ottima selezione di giochi e informazioni locali per aiutarti a pianificare le tue giornate. L'unico problema era che il tempo passava troppo velocemente. Grazie Wendy per un ottimo soggiorno.

  • Il nostro soggiorno è stato INCREDIBILE! Era tutto ciò che cercavamo, incluso lo spazio per un bambino di 2 anni! Lo chalet era in ottime condizioni in un'ottima posizione. C'erano così tanti servizi e spiagge nelle vicinanze che ci siamo sentiti come se avessimo tutto a portata di mano che ha reso il weekend più rilassante di sempre. Il check-in è stato facile e Wendy il proprietario è così facile da comunicare. Vuole solo che tu abbia il momento migliore. Al tuo arrivo troverai quello che cerchi più alcuni "extra" di benvenuto per farti sentire come a casa. Non posso parlare più in alto della nostra esperienza!

  • Questo piccolo chalet nascosto in un piccolo parco vacanze, era uno spazio accogliente per noi tornare dopo giorni trascorsi a passeggiare e andare in bicicletta lungo la spiaggia. Abbiamo apprezzato le vicine riserve naturali RSPB Snettersham e RSPB Titchwell Marsh, entrambe accessibili a piedi o in bicicletta. Lo chalet è ben fornito di giochi e una cucina compatta.

This dog friendly property is about finding space to relax, unwind and make happy memories from beautiful walks that end with a cup of tea as the dog lays in front of the Aga to stargazing the night sky with a glass of bubbly in the hot tub.
    Forestry Cottage is situated in huge private woodlands which it shares with one other property but is accessed by its own completely separate driveway and front door. Both properties have their own enclosed gardens and hot tubs. Although these two properties are completely separate they can be booked together to sleep 12 guests. They are surrounded by nature and backing onto one of the most breathtaking country parks and estates in England. It has to be experienced to be believed.

  • Questo posto è fantastico. Posizione straordinaria, proprio vicino a un bellissimo lago e boschi per passeggiare. Le vasche idromassaggio all'aperto e i barbecue hanno reso le nostre serate così incantevoli in giardino. I letti sono comodi e la cucina è completamente attrezzata. Il check-out alle 10 era un po 'presto per noi, ma poi ancora Jane ci ha permesso di fare il check-in anticipato, quindi aveva senso. Tutto sommato, una vacanza davvero favolosa, abbiamo passato un bel fine settimana!

    The "Little Anchor" is a stylishly refurbished and well equipped, 4 bedroom, 3 storey Victorian semi with a fresh, modern design. Hunstanton with its famous tri-coloured cliffs, has something to suit everyone. The small town centre is walkable in 5 to 10 mins. Local attractions include the nearby SeaLife centre, Funfair, the Wash Monster amphibious boat trips,, the Oasis swimming pool, Amusement arcades, 10 Pin Bowling, Pirate themed Crazy Golf and even a Theatre. There are long beaches with donkey rides, sand dunes, beach huts and water sports. When it comes to ice-creams, fish & chips and great pubs, you are spoilt for choice! Foodies will appreciate the numerous award-winning gastro-pubs in the villages close by. Some of our favourites include The Lodge in Old Hunstanton, The Gin Trap Inn in Ringstead, The Orange Tree in Thornham, The Rose & Crown in Snettisham and The White Horse in Brancaster Staithe. West Norfolk also has lots of nature reserves and country walks - ideal for families, dog walkers and bird watchers & nature lovers. Ben, who stayed with us said..     Forget-me-not Cottage has been refurbished in February. It is a lovely cottage, very cosy and relaxing. It has all the things you could need for a holiday very close by. We are dog friendly at the cottage and welcome your pooch. The cottage will be cleaned thoroughly before your stay. We have buckets and spades for you to take to the beach to make the perfect sandcastle - you’re never too old to make a sandcastle :-) please do not hesitate to contact me for further details.
    The cottage is 5 minutes away from the beach, Hunstanton golf club and The Neptune, a Michelin star restaurant (booking required). Also close by is Titchwell for bird watching. Sandingham is a 10 minute drive away. Petals Tea Rooms is great to stop off at for afternoon tea or a cuppa and a slice of cake. Also in Hunstanton Town, which you can walk to is a swimming pool and another lovely beach with arcades and a funfair. 2 minutes walk away is the local, The Lodge, which offers lovely meals and a great beer with garden. A big corner sofa is ideally placed in front of the french doors providing great views onto the garden; and on darker winter evenings, snuggle up with a good book or enjoy cosy film nights. With a door leading onto the terrace, you can also let the sunshine in when the days are warmer. You’ll find a small but perfectly equipped kitchen with all you need to create a delicious meal, using all the local produce available locally. There is a little table pour deux in the living area for romantic meals which you can also take al fresco on the the pretty sun terrace to the front of the property. With all rooms on the ground floor it is easy to retire to bed where you’ll find a gorgeous double room and fabulous dressing area with a very large en-suite shower room. With a large television in the bedroom, you may just find it a little harder to get up in the morning, but with the sea and beach literally across the road and so much to get out and do, you’d be mad not to!     Philip's place is located in Holme-next-the-Sea, England, United Kingdom. You are staying a few minutes walk from Holme Beach - at the last house on Beach Road (the original Peddars Way) - so can swim in the sea at dawn, during the day, at dusk or even by the starlight. Walk with your dog for miles. You'll be right by the Norfolk Coastal path, Holme Dunes National Nature Reserve, the Bird Observatory and the Hunstanton Golf Club championship links course. You can hear the sea from your front door. We are in a Special Site of Scientific Interest (SSSI) and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), where the Wash meets the North Sea. It's a couple of minutes to the Norfolk Coastal path - so walkers walk to Thornham, Brancaster or further and hop back on the bus which drops you at the top of Beach Road on the A149. You'll soak in the dunes, marsh and sea - or walk along the Hun river and see resident and migrating birds. You could also hear the natterjack toads and see butterflies, moths and dragonflies, as well as a large number of interesting plants including mulleins flowering in our wild garden. If you are a golfer, you can play Hunstanton Golf Club's superb championship links course. It's 125 years old and rated as one of Britain & Ireland's 'Top 100' courses, with the rolling fairways nestling in a stunning landscape of dunes and links grassses. You can also play at the Heacham Manor. If you secure a round at the Royal West Norfolk Golf Club at Brancaster, you'll need to park your car and walk when the tide is high. Various military remains from WWII can be seen at Holme, including the remains of a target-railway used to train artillery. Much earlier remains have also been discovered including an ancient walkway, Roman pottery and saxon fishtraps. In 1998, a well-preserved Bronze Age timber circle, now known as ‘Seahenge’ was uncovered by high tides. The timbers were treated in the Mary Rose laboratory and are now in the museum at King's Lynn. King's Lynn was a Hanseatic town - and is worth a visit. Seahenge 2 is difficult to discern - and often covered by sand. Walk to the cliffs at Hunstanton for fossil hunting and to see one of 2 boat wrecks easily visible at low tide. The other is on Holme Beach between Gore Point and the Firs. Birdwatchers may see wintering thrushes on the sea buckthorn, or avocets, a beautiful black-and-white wader with upturned bill and long legs, on the freshwater. Wheatears and warblers are common in spring and finches and thrushes in the autumn - sometimes there'll be scarcer migrants such as the ring ouzel, wryneck, yellow-browed warbler or barred warbler. It's a great place to seawatch for gannets, skuas, terns and divers. Knot, golden plover and oyster catchers can be seen on the beach. Our wild garden is alive - with our sparrows and starlings nesting in the roof. It makes the front door and the bench a little untidy sometimes! If they have a safe migration, you will also hear the cuckoos in spring and the turtledoves in summer. ✯ 2019: Cuckoos arrived safely - and one is still calling in July. ✯ The turtledove have safely arrived from their perilous migration. You'll hear their distinctive purring and may be lucky enough see them too. ✯ On warmer nights, the Natterjack toads call. ✯ This is the only part of the east coast of England where the sun sets over the sea, providing lovely views in both summer and winter. Our favourite places to see the sunset are a stroll up the coastal path to Gore Point, or a few minutes over the golf course to a seat on the top of dunes.     We have 5 friendly Mups n Pups! Fireman's Cottage was built in 1623 and sits in the grounds of Hunstanton Hall and Park. The grounds are only open to the public on Thursdays and even then people must be on foot and keep to the top roadway. A 14th Century moat runs through the garden, separating the cottage from Hunstanton Hall Tranquility in an idyllic location! Such peace and quiet to hear and see wildlife: Muntjac deer, Buzzards, Owls etc The Norfolk coast is a big draw for birdwatching
    PLEASE READ carefully :) ... Within these historic walls reside 5 friendly, furry DOGS/pups. Because we are aware that our communal hallways/landings are dog/puppy runways and therefore far from immaculate, we are not fussy about people entering these areas in their shoes; nor do we wish to be judged as such, especially as we are forewarning people. If a completely spotless environment is what you require, then our humble abode will not suit your style :) This is very much a traveller's place for rest and respite, a living home, not a glamourous hotel. The Eves bedroom is on the 2nd floor which has a lovely view through the velux window. The room has a Kingsize bed, single wardrobe for hanging space and drawer space in bedside tables. There are two solid oak high stools to sit and look out of the window as well as a small armchair underneath a reading spotlight. There is also a desk and computer table where a laptop could be used. There are no kitchen/cooking facilities but a fridge and electric kettle are provided along with cups and saucers and drinking glasses, and the use of a microwave could be made available along with dishes and cutlery, but the guest(s) would be responsible for their own washing-up. A sponge-cloth, washing liquid and a teatowel are provided in the bathroom. The bathroom is next door to the bedroom for the sole use of the guest(s). There is a DVD player and we can offer a small selection of films etc to borrow. We can also provide some board games which can be requested upon arrival (Scrabble, Backgammon, Monopoly etc). Because of the nature of the location, guests must respect the privacy of the other properties and residents and not go wandering around. Please take note again: 5 friendly dogs live here. We can accommodate a guest dog with prior discussions, because of our gang and the bedroom generally being kept dog-free:) 1 mile walk to the beach, door to dunes. Motorbikes and bicycles can be securely parked
    Although the area is named as Hunstanton Park, it is privately owned by the Le Strange Estate, who equally own Old Hunstanton beach. There are a few residents in the surrounding dwellings who, like us, own their own properties including sections of the roadway, it is the woods and farmland that the Estate own. There is an incredible amount of fascinating history surrounding the area. The village of Old Hunstanton originates from the 13th Century. It is divided by the coast road. The Cottage being on the side of the original village, duck pond, 14th Century Church and the Hall of course. The village has places to eat and drink:- Caley Hall Hotel, The Lodge, The Ancient Mariner, Le Strange Arms Hotel and The Neptune (Michelin star restaurant). There is also the Post Office/village shop and The Old School Hairdressers/Barbers and Beauticians. The beach is approximately 15 minutes walk from door to the dunes across the golf course. There is the lovely Old Boat Cafe by the beach, opposite the RNLI station Old Hunstanton beach is fantastic for sunsets, walks and joins onto the RSPB sanctuary and Nature Reserve.. The Victorian town of Hunstanton is just round the corner, with local shops, supermarkets, garage and services etc.

    The Beach House is a fabulous 'dog friendly' upside down house wonderfully located close to the sea front and promenade, on the border of Heacham and Hunstanton. The house has great views from the balcony and first floor open-plan living space. Comfortably sleeping four guests with double and twin bedrooms to the ground floor. There is a small enclosed garden to the rear and parking for two cars at the front. The Beach House is a perfect base for families looking to enjoy a traditional seaside holiday with local beaches and fun places to visit including the popular Sea Life Centre, Fun Fair or you can take a trip to see the seals on board the Wash Monster! Just a couple of miles along the beach is Old Hunstanton with beautiful sand dunes and a never ending beach - a fabulous place for all the family to enjoy. There is an electric oven and grill and a range of appliances including washing machine, 70/30 fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and microwave. The table and chairs seat six guests and a wall mounted boiler provides hot water (there is additional electric heating throughout the property). A large picture window at the rear offers distant views towards Hunstanton and of the iconic Water Tower. Outside: A double glazed door leads from the open-plan sitting room onto the balcony where you can easily seat two to three guests and enjoy sea glimpses and the west facing sunset. There is parking at the front of the property for two cars. A small enclosed rear garden is located at the rear with picket fence, paving and low maintenance planting.     Bay View Apartment is a colourful ground floor apartment in a Victorian seaside villa. The accommodation is extremely comfortable with good quality furnishings and fittings. Situated just off the main cliff road and close to the Esplanade Gardens, the apartment is perfect for both the beach and the town's many amenities. The rooms are all spacious and light and decorated in a calming beach theme. As the apartment is on the ground floor, it is also particularly suitable for those guests who do not want to negotiate lots of stairs. This is a perfect base for a traditional bucket and spade holiday by the sea. Additional Information The WiFi at Bay View is mobile and subject to a fair usage policy of no downloading or streaming.     Bright, clean and lovely single room in beautiful converted chapel home in small village 5 mins from King's Lynn. N.B- 2 double rooms on other listings also available separately. Help yourself Breakfast included- tea, coffee, cereals, toast. Room 3: Very small room with single bed, TV with Netflix’s, no wardrobe but hangers available on hooks for back of door. Towels available if required. Tea/ coffee making in room available. Small desk and chair in room, window has blackout blind, skylight window has no blind. central heating for when its cold. We have 2 beautiful double rooms and a small single room available for guests. Our home is an old converted chapel, and downstairs is fully open plan. Kitchen/ dining: Modern kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave. Kitchen shared with owners. Very happy for you to cook meals and supermarkets within 5 minutes drive. Large table with seating for 6 people. Bathroom: lovely deep bath with seperate shower cubicle and power shower. Towels available if needed. Bathroom is for guests only and if other bedroom in use will be shared with those guests, but if only you staying then will be sole use. We are very happy to interact when home, but equally respect that some guests will want their own space/ peace so very chilled about amount of interaction. We live in a small village 5 mins drive from King's Lynn. There are a few local shops- a post office, general store, lovely fish and chip shop ( that also does pizza and kebabs), a hairdresser opposite which the owner uses and recommends and of course the amazing butcher that people travel from all over King's Lynn to visit and buy their meat. You can get takeaway deliveries- Domino, Pizza Hut, Indian- the only thing we would like is for you to eat in the dining area instead of rooms (or outside of course). We are 2 mins walk from the little ferry that will take you across the water into King's Lynn town centre- a lovely way to see the sights and do shopping. Parking available on drive- space for guest 2 cars. No parking restrictions in the road and plenty of space to park. Bus stop 2 mins walk away- takes you to the train station, bus station and town centre. Train station 10 mins bus ride away. Ferry into town is excellent- and just behind our house. We have 3 cats- who can have scatty 10 mins and tear about but all are very sweet natured so if you like cats they will absolutely love strokes. If we are away we have a neighbour feed them in the morning and evening but if you wish to do this and avoid being disturbed please let us know. As we have cats, we ask you not to bring any pets with you- sorry! Babies/ children of all ages very welcome however single room not big enough for travel cot. Child could however stay in room if parent/s have booked the double.

Molto pulito, e avendo a disposizione cose come sacchetti per sandwich, pellicola trasparente e una borsa fresca, ha reso la vita un po 'più semplice. L'unica sorpresa è stata non avere una doccia in piedi perché è un tubo flessibile dal rubinetto della vasca, quindi è stato difficile non ottenere acqua ovunque a meno che non ti sedessi!

Just a couple of miles along the beach is Old Hunstanton with beautiful sand dunes and a beach which stretches away into the distance. This is a fabulous place for all the family to enjoy. Ground Floor: Entrance hall With coat storage, stairs lead to the first floor. An under stairs cupboard (housing the gas central heating boiler, washing machine and small freezer). Master bedroom (family room) King-size brass bed and a sofa bed (pocket sprung with mattress) suitable for one-two children (please advise when booking if you would like additional bedding for the sofa bed, free of charge). French doors lead out onto the south facing rear garden, perfect for a morning coffee in the summer months in the garden. En-suite shower room With walk-in mains "rain" shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail. Twin bedroom Full size 3ft' twin beds and window overlooking the garden. Bathroom Bath with mixer tap and hand held shower attachment, wash basin and WC. First Floor: A wonderful double aspect open-plan space incorporating kitchen, with breakfast bar, dining area and sitting room Sitting room With a cosy wood burning stove and glazed french doors with 'Juliet' balcony'. There is a wide screen television with Sky 'Q' package and built-in DVD player. There are book shelves with a variety of books and DVDs. Dining area The dining area has table and seating for six people and is open to the kitchen. Kitchen Well equipped with integrated appliances including dishwasher, larder fridge, electric oven with grill and gas hob, and microwave. A small separate freezer in located on the ground floor in the under stairs cupboard along with gas central heating boiler. Outside: Ladybird Cottage has a sunny south facing, fully enclosed garden, ideal for children and dogs. There is a table and chairs, seating six - ideal for 'al-fresco' dining and a garden bench placed perfectly to enjoy the morning sun. A pedestrian gate leads out to the parking area where there are two parking spaces on the shared shingled driveway, immediately outside the garden of Ladybird Cottage. Additional Information The stairs from the first floor are open to and lead down to the ground floor bedroom and bathroom accommodation. Two well behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge). The barn offers plenty of room to relax and unwind and to dine, sleep and cook. Perfect for a short break or longer stay any time of year, it also comes with underfloor heating and log wood burning stove, so a perfect escape when the nights draw in and the days become shorter. With a comfortable king-size bed and Egyption cotton sheets, you will assured of a good night's sleep, ready to explore the area the next day. Being on one floor, Holland House Barn is also suited to those with less mobility and a ramp can also be provided to the front door to ensure easy access into the barn. With no steps in the property and a spacious wet room, this lad back holiday home is easy to enjoy. Holland House Barn can also be booked in conjunction with Holland House (10) to create a wonderful retreat for up to twelve guests.     A lovely characterful and cosy cottage located in a private road in the quiet village of Docking, just a few miles from the coast and beautiful Brancaster beach. With vaulted ceilings, exposed brick fireplace and wooden beams, this is a relaxing and romantic couples retreat. Sexton's Yard has a really lovely welcoming feel as soon as you step inside the front door. Managed by the owners who live close by, a stable door opens into the open-plan living area which has a beautiful exposed brick feature fireplace with multi-fuel stove. With comfortable seating and dining space for four people and a Smart television with WiFi and radio the room is great to snuggle up in with a glass of wine. The kitchen is well-equipped and comes with modern appliances and solid oak work surfaces and perfect if you want to cook. Upstairs you will find two stylish bedrooms both with double beds and a shower room. Outside there is a sunny fully-enclosed shingle courtyard garden with garden furniture so you can soak up the rays and dine alfresco or enjoy the homemade cake the owner bakes for you on arrival! Additional Information Bedding is feather. (Synthetic bedding is available, please request this when booking). Due to the age and character of the cottage there is restricted head height in the sitting room which measures 1.73m (68"). Two well behaved small dogs are welcome (small additional charge).
