You’ll be welcomed into my opened kitchen and lush garden to master the fine art of cooking the perfect paella, following my grandmother’s recipe. I'll explain how to prepare it and will share with you some stories around that traditional dish. We are going to cook, enjoy wine, tapas and a delicious meal together whilst I give you an insight into one of the most coveted recipes in the world. Come and breathe and move together to start our day with the sun on our back, the wind in our hair and the sound of the ocean supporting us! 75 minute offering made up of a combination of sun salutations, asana, chanting, meditation, conscious movement & breath by the sea. After practice there will be the option to do breathing exercises together in the cold sea water aka jumping in the sea! And then you are welcome to enjoy a coffee and the best croissants in the world (!) at our wonderful local café a few hundred meters away in the park - a jewel in itself! Most of the people attending the experience live in BCN and are from all over the world! See you on the pier with the birds, the wild cats, the rising sun, the waves and the fresh sea breeze awakening our senses! The more wildness we expose ourselves to, the more wildness we discover in ourselves! Other things to note I will try be there 5 minutes before the start and will bring a mat for you and your friends as I'm sure you don't have your own with you on your travels - please let me know! There are outside showers close by which are perfect after a jump in the sea! So if you want to do any of these bring a towel and a change of clothes! Often we will go for coffee together! You’ll be welcomed into my opened kitchen and lush garden to master the fine art of cooking the perfect paella, following my grandmother’s recipe. I'll explain how to prepare it and will share with you some stories around that traditional dish. We are going to cook, enjoy wine, tapas and a delicious meal together whilst I give you an insight into one of the most coveted recipes in the world. This experience is family friendly, kids are very welcomed! (Children under 6 years doesn't pay). Other things to note: Our secret garden has also a comfortable and cozy space were we can enjoy the experience and the scene in case of having not a perfect weather that day.
