Then we'll move to another section of the Market, where you'll be able to try sweet and delicious fresh fruit, vegetables, Mexican candies and, if you're lucky, see how we buy stuff for some of the traditional celebrations. Finally, you'll see my favorite section, the land of the flowers, amaze yourself with the huge variety of flowers this market has to offer, and maybe you can try a local esquite or tamal. During this experience, you will learn to cook the famous "tacos al pastor" with my dad, a professional instructor and culinary artist, who will share his tips and recipes with you. We'll meet at the local market to buy ingredients and learn more about Mexican spices and food. Then we'll return to my family home, where you will learn how to marinate the meat for the tacos. You will prepare red salsa, green salsa, and guacamole, and make your own tortillas on the traditional Mexican "Comal"—a smooth, flat griddle. At the end, we'll put everything together to make the tacos, sit and enjoy what you have prepared, and learn a little more about Mexican gastronomy. Iniciaremos nuestro recorrido a las 9 am, esto lo hacemos para aprovechar el día, recuerda que el tour incluye el transporte tanto de ida como de vuelta a tu hospedaje. Una vez a bordo, nos dirigiremos al increíble lugar de Xochimilco, aqui navegaremos por sus ríos y mientras eso sucede a nuestro alrededor tendremos un show de mariachi. Posterior a ello nos trasladaremos a Coyoacán iniciaremos nuestra visita recorriendo sus calles, créeme que es un lugar mágico que estoy seguro te va a fascinar, tendremos tiempos de recorrer el mercado de Coyoacan, algo que hace increíble a este lugar es que en todo el recorrido podrás tomar las mejores fotos. Pasaremos a una cafetería que se llama Jarocho, aqui podrás degustar de un churro mas una taza de chocolate y café. Finalmente pasaremos a visitar la casa azul de Frida Khalo, esperaremos mientras haces tu recorrido para posterior a ello darte el tiempo de que puedas ir a almorzar, aqui seguro te brindaré algunas recomendaciones, una vez terminado te dejaremos en el punto que te recogimos, es una experiencia increíble. Nuestro tour te llevará a explorar las salas maya, azteca y Teotihuacán, donde descubrirás la grandeza y la diversidad de las antiguas civilizaciones mesoamericanas. En la sala Maya, maravíllate con la sofisticación y la majestuosidad de una de las civilizaciones más destacadas de Mesoamérica. Contempla las impresionantes esculturas, estelas y relieves que revelan la visión cosmogónica y el esplendor artístico de los mayas. Continuaremos en la sala Azteca, donde podremos contemplar la majestuosidad de la escultura de Coatlicue, una representación icónica de la madre tierra, con sus serpientes entrelazadas y su presencia imponente. la Piedra del Sol, un monumento esculpido que evoca el inmenso poder de los dioses aztecas y su conexión con el tiempo y el cosmos. Finalmente, nos dirigiremos a la sala de Teotihuacán, una antigua ciudad que alguna vez fue un epicentro cultural y religioso. Caminarás por los vestigios de esta misteriosa urbe, maravillándote con las pirámides del Sol y de la Luna.

Our Masterclass is a highly interactive Experience during which one of our expert, in-house Mixologists takes you on a sensory journey through the creation of 3 mezcal-based cocktails. We start with a short simple tasting to introduce you to the basics of the spirit then before you know it, you'll be layering flavours and building the cocktail of your dreams based on your own tastes and choices, all whilst mastering some cheeky tricks of the trade along the way. For the doubters out there who're not sure whether or not they even like mezcal... let us help you fall in love, you won't be dissappointed! And for those who prefer the virgin alternative, we can happily guide you through the creation of delicious mocktails instead. The entire Experience takes place in our beautiful, purpose-designed private bar, Salón Rosario, in the charismatic and central neighbourhood of Roma Norte. A completely safe space where you can simply relax and enjoy. Please note that we do not provide food so recommend that you eat something beforehand... our cocktails are not for the faint-hearted! Our mixed, public groups have a capacity of 8 and in general are at 4pm and 8pm everyday. Parti per un viaggio indimenticabile nel cuore delle meraviglie antiche. Ti offriamo un'esperienza di tour di gruppo entusiasmante e unica solo in inglese nel sito archeologico di Teotihuacan. (Eccellente per le attività di team building). Forniremo un comodo trasporto al mattino dal tuo alloggio o vicino ad esso (se il tuo alloggio si trova a meno di 6 km dal punto d'incontro o meno di 12 minuti di auto) e poi partiremo , dal punto d'incontro. Visiteremo le 3 piramidi principali: il sole, la luna e il tempio di Quetzalcoatl. (Non è consentito salire su alcune delle piramidi). Se non hai paura continueremo il nostro tour verso l'attività più affascinante, entreremo nell'oltretomba dove, faremo un pranzo leggero nel ristorante chiamato "La Gruta". Dopo pranzo faremo un'altra attività in un posto molto speciale. Torneremo in Messico alle 16:30 e il RITORNO È A Monumento a la Revolución. (A volte potremmo arrivare più tardi a causa di eventi imprevisti in autostrada, quindi non possiamo assicurarci di arrivare in orario).
