Welcome to Paradise Shores, we're happy you found us! Here at Paradise Shores, we believe in reconnecting people to the simple pleasures of life in a no-frills, peaceful, camp like setting. Our Baja camper is comfortable and fun. Inspired by our love for the Mexican culture, art, and hospitality, it carries Baja vibes in its vibrant colors and original details. It offers great lake and mountain views and is ideal for a couple, but can sleep up to three.
Dear All, under current Mono County Covid-19 regulations restricting short-term stays in the area, we would ONLY be open to accepting LONG TERM 30 days+ stays in April & May (monthly rates available - please ask). Please reach out if you need a safe peaceful space to stay or work from our Sierra home away from home, letting us know more about you and the ideal dates you're interested in staying with us on (even if you don't see full availability under this listing) and we'll take it from there. Stay healthy and we look forward to hopefully hosting your short term stays soon, once it’s safe to travel again! We're a husband & wife team and this is our adopted home - a small RV Park & Campground located directly on the shores of Bridgeport Reservoir. We believe in campfires, starry nights, good laughs, exploration, a deep sleep and an early rise. The mountains are a place to get back to basics, a place to explore, to breathe. So turn off your phone and turn on your senses. When you arrive we won’t hand you a list of rules but we may invite you to join us for a campfire, remind you to conserve water, and to separate your trash so we can recycle it. That’s about it, oh yeah: relax, it’s your vacation. It’s important to us that our guests don’t feel they are renting a rental trailer as much as they’re immersing themselves into the outdoor experience. You may just want to lay in hammock and read for three days. For the more adventurous, there's a full slate of self-guided recreational activities such as hiking, kayaking, fishing, ATVing, rock climbing, biking, natural water slides, stand up paddle boards, bird watching, campfires & s'mores. We do have modern conveniences such as wifi internet; however, we encourage our guests to “unplug” and immerse in the slower paced life instead. We constantly improve and update the decor in our campers in effort to make your stay more pleasant and memorable (after all, this may be your first ever RV living experience!). We hope you enjoy and appreciate some changes and finishing touches that may not have been captured in the photo gallery above. Note: Please read the entire listing description prior to booking. THE BAJA CAMPER: While spending some time in Baja during the winter of 2013, we fell in love with the Mexican culture, art and hospitality. We wanted to share this experience with our guests at Paradise Shores. So, we transformed the former Cascade trailer into Baja-themed camper. Make sure to bring some tequila to truly soak in the atmosphere! :-) Our Baja camper is comfortable, fun, and offers great views of the lake and the mountains. Even though this trailer doesn't have any slide outs, it's still pretty spacious and it carries Baja vibes in its vibrant colors and original finishing touches. It is ideal for a couple, but can sleep three people. The sleeping options consist of queen size bedroom and a pull out couch in the living area. Free WiFi internet, TV with a DVD player, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster are all provided. We left some board games at the camper for you and DVDs are available upon request at the office; we hope these will help make your evenings after the daily adventures and exploration fun and relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, cookware, glasses, cups, plates, paper towels, soap, and all the typical kitchenware. You’ll also find there a breakfast selection: oatmeal, breakfast bars, coffee and almond milk. Sheets, towels, and dish towels are ready for you. So, all you really need to bring is some clothing and food. Pretty much everything else is covered. The camper also has a cooling system, and an outside area with outdoor furniture, as well as the fireplace and barbecue for you to use. We provide one-use supply of charcoal briquettes, to get set up for your grilling and outdoor entertaining, and you can buy locally grown firewood at our office. Our rate includes space rent, propane, wifi, a parking spot as well as 12% Mono County occupancy tax (TOT).
We hope Paradise Shores becomes your home as it is ours. It’s located in one of the most spectacular areas in the world. We’re surrounded on three sides by the high Sierra Nevada Mountains. Yosemite National Park, Tuolumne Meadows, Mono Lake, June Lake, Virginia Lakes, Twin Lakes, and the historic gold-mining town of Bodie are all within a short drive from here. Our camp is located 2 miles from the historic town of Bridgeport. Bridgeport is a cute little town with couple restaurants, sporting store, gift shops, bakery etc.

Ritorneremo sicuramente!

    Garima2019-10-04T00:00:00Z
  • È un vero paradiso! Possiamo rilassarci e fare attività gratuite come pedalò e pedalò. Tutto è pulito e i proprietari sono molto cordiali. Consigliamo questo posto.

Welcome to Paradise Shores, we're happy you found us! Here at PS, we believe in reconnecting people to the simple pleasures of life in a no-frills, peaceful, camp like setting. Just steps away from the lake, Sierra Stream features queen size bed, fireplace, library and outdoor area with hammock. The camper doesn't have a private bathroom but offers an open layout, close proximity to water and epic views (plus our immaculate shared bathrooms short walk away).
Dear All, under current Mono County Covid-19 regulations restricting short-term stays in the area, we would ONLY be open to accepting LONG TERM 30 days+ stays in April & May. Sadly we won't be able to host you in the Stream (as it doesn't have its bathroom) but please check out our other rentals. Note: Please read the entire listing description prior to booking. THE AIRSTREAM: Do you enjoy camping but secretly wish you had a real bed, air conditioning (or indoor fireplace on the cooler nights) and fully equipped kitchen on hand? If so, the Sierra Stream delivers that and so much more! This Airstream is the perfect setup for a relaxing getaway and has city slickers with newly found passion for the outdoors written all over it. You’ll be getting the best of both worlds: waking up to breathtaking views while having access to most of the conveniences of home. The Sierra Stream trailer, our latest seriously cool Airstream remodel, is designed for nature-loving couple, but could also accommodate a family with a baby sleeping in with the parents. Just steps away from the lake, the Sierra Stream features a queen size bed with scenic mountain backdrop painted by Veronika and woodwork created by our friend Peter. A full size farmhouse sink, fireplace, library, spectacular view of the mountains and the lake, induction stove, Chemex coffee maker, cozy seating/dining area and hammock are just a few of our favorite features. Fridge, microwave and toaster are also part of the rental. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, cookware, glasses, cups, plates, paper towels, soap, and all the typical kitchenware. You’ll also find there a breakfast selection: oatmeal, breakfast bars, coffee and almond milk. An "oh so cozy" down comforter, cotton sheets, bath towels, and dish towels are all provided. Even though Sierra Stream offers many "luxuries", it does not have a toilet or shower. We wanted you to enjoy an open layout with tons of space and close proximity to the lake (this rental is located the closest to the shore). Including the shower/toilet would require hooking this camper up to septic, which wouldn't be possible at the current spot. We believe the location and the view you'll be getting are worth a little walk to our cute communal bathrooms (about 100 yards away). The camper has a wifi, cooling system, and an outside seating area with fire pit, barbecue and ultra cool camp stove. We also provide one-use supply of charcoal briquettes, to get you set up for your grilling and outdoor entertaining, and you can buy locally grown firewood at our office. So, all you really need to bring is some clothing and food. Pretty much everything else is covered.

Grazie ancora Veronika e famiglia!

We have lived and loved it here for eight years. If you look closely, you’ll find signs of a family growing up in this home; the marks of Oliver’s heights etched on the door frame; pictures moved up and down leaving the tell tale nail holes. And then there are the birds chirping, the snow-capped mountains, the magnificent sunrises and sunsets over the reservoir, and unspeakable beauty of this country we fell in love with. It never gets old here but we hope to be here when we get old. We open our home to you and hope you love it as much as we do. The Blu House sleeps five and is a perfect fit for a family or group of friends who know each other well and are pretty comfortable together. The master bedroom comes with super comfy queen size bed and en suite full bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has adult size queen over queen bunk beds. There's also a second bathroom with sink and toilet across the hallway from the master bedroom. Please note that both, master bedroom and its bathroom, have curtains instead of door to maximize on the space, we hope you will be comfortable with this setup and will embrace it. A private hot tub, full size farmhouse sink, wood burning stove (one bundle of wood provided) and large screen projector with home theater (DVDs provided) are just a few of our favorite features. You can't beat the serenity of this place, especially in the winter. The house and pretty much the whole area is just incredibly peaceful between November and March and it's a perfect destination to experience the winter magic, be still and see into the heart of the universe (stargazing is off the charts here!), and get away from the city hustle and bustle. French door fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster are also part of the rental. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, cookware, glasses, cups, plates, paper towels, soap, and all the typical kitchenware. You’ll also find there a breakfast selection: oatmeal, breakfast bars, coffee and almond milk. The "oh so cozy" down comforters, cotton sheets, bath towels, and dish towels are all provided. You're welcome to use our washer/dryer and the dishwasher (we provide detergents). This mobile home has a WiFi, cooling system, and an outside seating area with ultra cool hot tub and barbecue. We also provide charcoal briquettes, to get you set up for your grilling and outdoor entertaining. So, all you really need to bring is some clothing and food. Pretty much everything else is covered. Our rate includes space rent, propane, wifi, a parking spot as well as 12% Mono County occupancy tax (TOT). We can accommodate extra vehicle/s for a fee; please message us if you need the additional parking space at the time of requesting the booking. Free extra parking available between November and March. We currently offer SPECIAL WINTER RATES on 7+ nights' stays. It's important to us that our guests don't feel they are renting a house as much as they're immersing themselves into the outdoor experience. You may just want to lay in one of our hammocks and read for three days. For the more adventurous, there's a full slate of self-guided recreational activities such as hiking, kayaking, fishing, ATVing, rock climbing, biking, natural water slides, stand up paddle boards, bird watching, campfires & s'mores. We do have modern conveniences such as wifi internet, however, we encourage our guests to “unplug" and immerse in the slower paced life instead. We constantly improve and update the decor in our rentals in effort to make your stay more pleasant and memorable. We hope you enjoy and appreciate some changes and finishing touches that may not have been captured in the photo gallery above.
We hope Paradise Shores becomes your home as it is ours. It’s located in one of the most spectacular areas in the world. We’re surrounded on three sides by the high Sierra Nevada Mountains. Yosemite National Park, Tuolumne Meadows, Mono Lake, June Lake, Virginia Lakes, Twin Lakes, Mammoth Lakes and the historic gold-mining town of Bodie are all within a short drive from here. Our camp is located 2 miles from the historic town of Bridgeport. Bridgeport is a cute little town with couple restaurants, sporting store, gift shops, bakery etc.

Welcome to Paradise Shores, we're happy you found us! Here at Paradise Shores, we believe in reconnecting people to the simple pleasures of life in a no-frills, peaceful, camp like setting. With bright and spacious living area and two separate bedrooms, Tatra is a perfect family camper. It offers an outdoor kitchen with fridge, stove and a sink, readily available for your al fresco cookouts and entertaining. The camper comfortably sleeps four guests.
When you arrive we won't hand you a list of rules but we may invite you to join us for a campfire, remind you to conserve water, and to separate your trash so we can recycle it. That’s about it, oh yeah: relax, it’s your vacation. It's important to us that our guests don't feel they are renting a camper as much as they're immersing themselves into the outdoor experience. You may just want to lay in one of our hammocks and read for three days. For the more adventurous, there's a full slate of self-guided recreational activities, such as hiking, kayaking, fishing, ATVing, rock climbing, biking, natural water slides, stand up paddle boards, bird watching, campfires & s'mores. We do have modern conveniences such as wifi internet, however, we encourage our guests to “unplug" and immerse in the slow paced life instead. THE TATRA CAMPER: The Tatra is the newest addition to our camp and we couldn’t be more proud of it. The camper has been aptly named for the mountains, which helped shape Veronika’s youth. The High Tatras of Slovakia is the tallest mountain range in the Eastern Europe with 25 peaks above 8,000 feet. It is where Veronika’s passion for all things alpine was born and where she had her first serious mountaineering experiences. The Tatra Range is quite similar to the Eastern Sierra with its ultramarine mountain lakes, pristine snowfields, roaring waterfalls and shimmering alpine meadows. Indeed, if it wasn’t for the Tatras, we might have not see Veronika embrace the Sierra life now and Tatra camper will always be a dear reminder of that to us! We love it and hope you will, too. Tatra Camper features: * bright and spacious living & dining area with a large flat screen TV & DVD player, audio system, WiFi, comfortable sofa, dinette table and lots of storage (you’ll find some board games at the camper and are welcome to borrow DVDs at the office) * two separate bedrooms: queen bed up front and twin adult size bunk bed at the back (down comforters, bed sheets, extra blankets, towels provided) * fully equipped kitchen, with utensils, cookware, glasses, cups, plates, paper towels, soap, and all the typical kitchenware (including kids utensils, cups and bowls) * patio with seating area, fireplace and barbecue (one-use supply of charcoal provided, firewood available to purchase) * outdoor kitchen with mini fridge, stove and a sink for those al fresco meals and entertaining * breakfast selection: oatmeal, breakfast bars, coffee and almond milk So, all you really need to bring is some clothing and food. Pretty much everything else is covered :-) Our rate includes space rent, propane, wifi, one parking spot as well as 12% Mono County occupancy tax (TOT). We can accommodate extra vehicle/s for a fee; please message us if you need the additional parking space at the time of requesting the booking.

Located at the base of Chilnualna Falls (the second highest vertical drop waterfall in Yosemite), and home to the principal trailheads into the southern Yosemite wilderness, Wawona is also the closest town to the Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias. Wawona has the feel of a small town but is bustling with activity! Over 160 residents, including Yosemite Park employees, live in Wawona and can be seen gathering at the town's community center, playing a pick up game of basketball at the elementary school, jogging on one of the many picturesque trails or simply walking their dogs and baby strollers through the winding residential streets. The historic Wawona Swinging Bridge boasts the best natural water slide in the Park! The history village is filled with docents, stagecoach rides, horseback rides, and barn dances in the summer season and the Wawona Meadow Loop offers year round riparian meadow wildlife viewing. Wawona was known to the local Native American Miwok in their language as Pallachun (a good place to stay). It is located entirely within Yosemite National Park (it preceded the founding of the park as a national recreation area), and is located on the South fork of the wild and scenic Merced River, on the main highway (State Route 41) from Fresno to Yosemite Valley. Galen Clark, who helped gain preservation legislation for Mariposa Grove and what later became part of Yosemite National Park, occupied the Wawona area in 1855 and established a tourist rest and modest ranch which he later sold and made into a hotel and resort property (the Wawona Hotel). The Wawona post office was established in 1878 and was originally called Clark's Station. The Redwoods In Yosemite has over 120 vacation rental homes and is proud to say that all of them are located in Wawona. All are within walking distance to everything that Wawona has to offer and every one of them is surrounded by the majesty of Yosemite National Park!

Consiglio vivamente.

The Mono Lake House is centrally located in the most pristine region of California. We are about 20 minutes away from the East Entrance to Yosemite(ONLY OPEN IN SUMMER MONTHS), 30 minutes from Bodie State Park, and we are literally on the shore of Mono Lake. It is an incredible property with a huge lawn to read a book on or to just watch the afternoon thunderstorms roll in. Zac and Karey, your hosts, will give you all the info you need to have an amazing trip in the area.
The Mono Lake House is right on the shore of Mono Lake. This provides our visitors with an amazing view of afternoon thunderstorms, bird migrations, and colorful sunsets. Room 1 is comfortable, clean, and quiet. We use only organic cotton sheets and the room has a very relaxed feel to it. We do not have televisions in any rooms because we feel like there is a lot more to see out here. Room 2 shares a shower with Room 1, however there are two bathrooms to use amongst the two rooms.
Our backyard is the High Sierra. The High Sierra is two hundred miles of pristine wilderness that one can only dream of. The eastside of the Sierra Nevada is a high desert with vast views. Mono Lake is an incredibly important lake for bird migration across the world.

Welcome to Paradise Shores, we're happy you found us! Here at PS, we believe in reconnecting people to the simple pleasures of life in a no-frills, peaceful, camp like setting. This classic beauty has it all and sleeps four. Large living area comes with fully equipped kitchen. Private patio with BBQ, picnic table and flowers is located just outside your door. Please feel free to check our other listings, if this camper isn't available on your preferred dates.
When you arrive we won’t hand you a list of rules but we may ask you to join us for a campfire, remind you to conserve water, and to separate your trash so we can recycle it. We do have modern conveniences such as wifi internet; however, we encourage our guests to “unplug” and immerse in the slow paced life instead. Note: Please read the entire listing description prior to booking. THE DENALI CAMPER: At Paradise Shores we are very proud of all our trailers. Every one has been hand picked, and maintained to be its very best. The Denali came to us from couple of friends, Jim and Ellie, who used to visit this area for many years. They've thrown many parties on the front lawn and barbecue area. That's right, the camper has its own front yard, garden, and dedicated barbecue. Three slide outs, and a large living room area with a recliner and a pull out couch. It also has a huge 38” flat screen TV with a DVD player, surround sound, and at Jim's special request, a porcelain commode. Yup, this is one top notch trailer. This 35’ long beauty has it all: large kitchen/ living room area offers a dining table, comfortable pull out sofa, and fully equipped kitchen. Don’t worry about bringing any of your cookware as we have provided everything that you may possibly need. You’ll also find there a breakfast selection: oatmeal, breakfast bars, coffee and almond milk. The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and also features a large wall to wall closet. If more sleeping space is needed, the living room sofa can be easily converted into an additional queen size bed. Sheets, towels, and dish towels are all provided. For your enjoyment, a private paved patio with barbecue, picnic table, lawn area, and plenty of flowers is located just outside of your door. We provide one-use supply of charcoal briquettes, to get you set up for your grilling and outdoor entertaining, and you can buy locally grown firewood at our office. We constantly improve and update the decor in our campers in effort to make your stay more pleasant and memorable (after all, this may be your first ever RV living experience!). We hope you enjoy and appreciate some changes and finishing touches that may not have been captured in the photo gallery above. Our rate includes space rent, propane, wifi, one parking spot as well as 12% Mono County occupancy tax (TOT). We can accommodate extra vehicle/s for a fee; just message us if you need the additional parking space at the time of requesting the booking.

The Mono Lake House is centrally located in the most pristine region of California. We are about 20 minutes away from the East Entrance to Yosemite(CHECK NPS WEBSITE FOR SEASONAL ROAD CLOSURES), 30 minutes from Bodie State Park, and we are literally on the shore of Mono Lake. It is an incredible property with a huge lawn to read a book on or to just watch the afternoon thunderstorms roll in. Zac, your host, will give you all the info you need to have an amazing trip in the area.
Room 1 shares a shower with Room 2 however there are two bathrooms to use amongst the two rooms.
The Mono Lake House is 4 miles north of the town of Lee Vining. It is also located right on the western shore of Mono Lake. We are realistically 25 minutes from the East Entrance of Yosemite National Park. 25 minutes may seem long, but in the eastern sierra, 25 minutes is right down the street. The East Entrance of Yosemite drops you right into Tuolumne Meadows, one of the most beautiful meadows in the world. With granite domes and alpine lakes surrounding you, there is no shortage of stunning views. We are a 10 minute drive from Lundy Canyon, a beautiful, quiet canyon that is a trailhead to some great day hikes. It is also a place to spend the day fishing in Lundy Lake. We are about 35 minutes from the entrance to Bodie State Park. This is a historic mining town that has been very well preserved and is a very popular place to spend the day when the High Sierra is not ideal. Panum Crater is 20 minutes south of us and is a geologic wonder as well as the Mono/Inyo Craters. June Lake is right across the street from those Craters and is a really special place to jump in a crystal clear lake and then enjoy a beer at the June Lake Brewery afterwards. Ultimately, if you like the outdoors, our neighborhood is paradise.
