We are offering a well presented double bedroom with private bathroom in a tastefully decorated modern country house.

To the West of the house lies a large U shaped valley with a fast flowing river that flows into Duncormick and Ballyteige. In olden times the steep banks were quarried near the watermill. The quarry has a very good quality filling and was more recently used to provide filling for large projects around County Wexford.

The grounds are well maintained with pleasant leafy views.

This site is of international importance because of its range of physical features, such as sand dunes, dune slacks, mudflats and salt marshes. The estuary behind the dunes attracts large numbers of overwintering birds. Public access is limited and requires a walk from the public road using private lanes. Alternatively, there is public access to the beach at Kilmore Quay, walkways at the Cull are signposted as part of the Sli Charman.
