The fully equipped private villa with private pool has all the space and amenities you need for a relaxing holiday.

The villa has three air conditioned bedrooms incorporating two double, two single and two small single beds accommodating 8 guests. Guests can request the arrangements of beds after booking to suit the needs of the guests. Please note there are only 2 wardrobes.
The social area is open plan incorporating the lounge with cable tv and two sofas, 6 seater dining area and kitchen with breakfast bar and bar stools. There is a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board and cloakroom with toilet and sink.
Bed linen, pillows, towels, crockery, cutlery, BBQ and kitchen utensils, gelagua, and coffee maker are provided. The water is directly from a well so if safe to drink. The pool is fresh water and doesn’t contain chemicals
The 3 bedrooms have air-conditioning. There are 3 floor standing fans for cooling the social áreas if needed.

The pool is positioned next to the terrace and bbq. The terrace and BBQ are covered with a large pergola for shade. Dining table and chairs, sunloungers, outdoor sofas and hammocks are provided on the terrace. The remainder of the outside space is planted with mature trees and shrubs for shade. The villa is for the sole use of guests

Monthly rental periods are accepted. For those wishing to work remotely the villa has Fibre 5G wifi.

The resort contains a mixture of rental and residential properties.
There is a privately owned restaurant with pools and terracing at the beach front a short walk from the villa. This is managed separately and is open at their discretion.
The Calcanhar beach is approximately 500 mtrs away. The famous Calcanhar lighthouse is also close and can be seen from the resort.
The area is surrounded by small villages and is famous for its lobster and prawns when in season.
There are supermarkets, Tuesday market, fish market ,pharmacy, banks, hospital, dentist, restaurants and a beach front at Touros.

They will greet you on arrival and explain the villa and check you out and collect the key as you leave.

Please let them know as soon as possible so every effort can be made for someone to be at the villa outside the normal check in time.
