You’ll be charmed by this adorable place to stay. Very Comfortable and only 2 miles off of Hwy 62 and 10 minutes from the Marina and Lost Bridge Parks. Eureka Springs is only a 30-minute drive.

There is a fire pit and a charcoal grill on the premises. Plenty of space for parking boat trailers in the back of the building.

One bedroom has a King Size Bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is one bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

We manage over 40 homes in the Beaver Lake area.
The majority of our homes are located on the NW side of Beaver Lake, just outside the town of GARFIELD Arkansas near LOST BRIDGE MARINA.
We also have homes on the South end of the lake out of ROGERS, AR, near PRAIRIE CREEK MARINA and one home is just south of EUREKA SPRINGS, AR.
We are both licensed Real Estate Brokers with the Arkansas Real Estate Commission offering more than 25 years of experience in the lake area.
