Owner: Hello! That's me in the photo, Carolyn Botell, avid hiker and fan of Yosemite. Tomas manages rental of my house while I am away, he'll be responding to all your inquiries and bookings, he's great! I am a native of the SF Bay Area and northern Cali. About 15 years ago, I escaped from the big city and moved to the small town of Groveland near Yosemite. Now I work and live in Yosemite during the summer, so I make my home available for vacation rental so that others can enjoy the wonderful area that I am lucky to call home. After you book with us, if you have questions or need advice to help you make your Yosemite experience the absolute best, I will be delighted to help you. Just send your questions to Tomas, my property manager, and ask him to forward them on to me for reply. From where to hike, swim, or enjoy great food, I have suggestions based on hands on experience. I've camped and hiked all over California, and have visited other areas such as Sequoia Kings Canyon, Glacier and Yellowstone national parks too. So, don't hesitate to ask if you need suggestions or advice to plan your trip, I like to help!
