Step inside this cozy one-bedroom bungalow to relax while within walking distance of Michigan Tech. It is fabulously furnished with a northern feel. Offering a full kitchen and a living room with a chaise couch that can sleep two children or one additional adult. A natural gas fireplace in the living room to warm your toes after a long day of exploring. A full bathroom with a stackable washer/dryer. There is a portable A/C in the bedroom and 2 fans.

"The Bungalow" is in the heart of Houghton, seconds away from Michigan Tech. This property is also a few steps away from the Pearl St. Mall, which offers a variety of delicious take-out meals including Mexican, Chinese, and pizza. Jim's Foodmart is also close by.

My husband and I are currently expanding to vacation rentals and are in the midst of building a campground (opening summer 2023).
