I found this road in Mexico in the magical town of Álamos, Sonora and it was this place that inspired me since the first visit and that made me return to settle down to buy a restored property dating back to 1700 where one of the Spanish families lived. My charm for the place and my passion for cooking led to my first project "La Puerta Roja Inn". My passion for food and the sense of hospitality were developed along with the emotion and creativity of mixing my recipes and skills with the infinite selection of options, foods, ingredients, Mexican spices and excited for what we have been able to discover locally. We have been surprised and motivated to be able to offer our guests this magical combination. This is how Teresita's Bakery & Bistro was born and as an essential part of everything we do, the style and comfort could not be ignored, so this project was created in the back of the property, with beautiful portals, a little thing in sight of the client with a beautiful talavera wall and a space where diners can enjoy the view of its fountain through glass and metal windows.
