Newly updated spacious, one-bedroom condo facing the Flatirons, right on the Goose Creek bike path and greenway trail. Watch wildlife in the wetland pond as you enjoy the sunny, south-facing balcony. Easy access to Pearl St, the 29th St Mall, and the university. This is a very comfortable and quiet place to relax, work, or use as a home-base while exploring Boulder, Estes Park, or other nearby locations.

This is my primary residence. I live here full time and only list on Airbnb when I am traveling. This also means that unlike many listings on Airbnb, my belongings are stored here. Please treat my space and personal effects with respect. I will seek compensation for damaged or missing items. If there are any things you need to use or borrow, please let me know!

A few things to note:
- I do not have cable. The wifi and Roku TV are sufficient for streaming movies.
- An electric kettle, french press, and drip coffee maker are available for your convenience. Freshly ground coffee can be purchased at the nearby Whole Foods or Trader Joes. A limited selection of tea is provided.
- No pets and no smoking of any kind are allowed.

This area (Boulder Junction) is undergoing redevelopment, and has been designated by the city to become a Transportation Oriented District (TOD). There is a focus here on providing access to all modes of transportation and to create walkable neighborhoods.
