You've definitely come upon Wave on Wave from the minute you pull up to this coastal beauty! Parking 4-5 vehicles, golf carts and boat parking is allowed. Party lights welcome you to your perfect vacation spot! As you head to the stairs, you'll be pulled into the beautiful back yard space...stunning pool with waterfall, outdoor living space grill and prep area, bar and bar stools. You'll want to hang here!

Making your way upstairs, you'll be welcomed to a spacious front deck and you'll catch a beautiful sunset of Port A, right here!

Come on into a large open area that will take your breath away! Oversized living with sectional sofa (queen sleeper), large TV, side chair and a few games to play

On in to the gorgeous dining space surrounded by windows (taking full advantage of those sunset/sunrise views), plenty of space to visit and dine!

The chef's kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prep, cook, serve and dine. It has a long bar with bar stools for those that like to watch and eat versus cook and prep...everyone is all together with this dining/living/kitchen space!

Down the hall, you'll have access to a linen closet, full size washer and dryer and guest bathroom.

3 bedrooms include: 1 King Master with Ensuite bathroom, 1 King Bedroom, 1 Bunk Room with 2 bunk beds (4 twins). Bedrooms have storage space and TV's. FREE Netflix!

This location is ideal for those who want quick access to the beach AND Old Town Port A for all of the great shopping, amazing seafood restaurants, and nightlife!

Wave on Wave has everything you will expect for the perfect beach vacation in Port Aransas! And the location is hard to beat. Be one of the first guests to stay in this beach home!

House Rules/Things to Note:

-Minimum Age to Rent is 24.
-NO SMOKING in the house. This is a non smoking property. $500 fee will be added if smoke odor is present in the home.
-No Parties/Events.
-Quiet Hours 10pm to 7am – Enforced.
-Not responsible for accidents.
-There is no child proofing; you must remain with your children at all times.
-Must be able to walk stairs.
-No more than 10 guests at any time.
-No late check outs after 10:15am or another night's stay will be charged.
-Check in Time is approx time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4pm but there is no guarantee.
-NO pets! $500 fine.
-STARTER set for guests to include trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and shower gel. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night.
-Guests are responsible for their own beach chairs, beach towels and pool towels. Our linens and towels are NOT to be removed from the property for any reason. Guests will be charged linen fees for misuse of linens to include stains, tearing, etc.
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.
-We offer our guests a guide to our fave restaurants, activities, bars, nightlife, golf cart rental discounts and many other things!

Wave on Wave is 3 blocks to the beach! It's off of 11th Street which is where everyone wants to stay due to it's location to the beach, being in the golf cart zone, and is near restaurants, shopping and many other activities. Super easy access to Old Town as well!

We are Jim Sokoloski and Chuma Jerome, your vacation rental hosts and founders of SWAY, a personal, vacation rental host marketing and management company for short term, vacation rental properties, currently located in Port Aransas, TX and have recently expanded into Corpus Christi on the North Padre Island side.

We are a family owned business that sprung from our love of real estate, and passion for hospitality, business AND the beach! In 2017, we purchased a few properties in Port Aransas and have been successful in marketing and managing them. Our friends and neighbors noticed that we were taking our properties to the next level, guests were enjoying a better experience and they quickly asked us to manage their own piece of paradise in Port Aransas and Corpus Christ. As a result, SWAY LLC TX was born!

Our name SWAY derived from our purposeful marketing and management plan that allows the owner and guest to relax - your stay will be amazing as a guest, and your property will be well marketed and managed as an owner. It is the SWAY way!
