Welcome to “Loma Loma”, our modern and stylish beach house now available for you to enjoy over a weekend or holiday getaway. We’re right on the Esplanade at the top of the hill so not only do you have incredible coastline views, you’re only minutes away from the local cafe and shops on Beach Rd. You’ll find plenty of space across this 2 level property to relax and spread out making Loma Loma your home away from home.

Loma Loma is a truly unique property that is sure to awe and inspire everyone who comes to stay! We’ve opened up 3 great sized bedrooms to accommodate 4 adults and 4 kids in total. If you’re looking to spread out across the home you’ll have plenty of opportunity with an up and downstairs living room, courtyard, balcony and dining space. You’ll probably be spending most of your time exploring the area but you’ll have comfort and luxury waiting for you when you arrive home.


Bedrooms:

Bedrooms 1 and 2 - Are located on the lower level towards the rear of the property and host comfortable queen-sized beds, side tables with touch lamps, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans and vents from the ducted air conditioning

Bedroom 3 - Hosts two sturdy wooden bunk beds for the kids and plenty of space to store belongings in the built-in wardrobes. This room will also stay cool in summer and warm in winter with vents from the ducted system and hosts a ceiling fan.

Lower courtyard + living Room/s:

On the lower level of the house, guests will find a separate living room with a wall-mounted 55” LG smartTV, two comfy lounge chairs, a Bluetooth stereo system and toys for the kids. This is a great space for kids or teenagers to chill out in their own space while the adults can enjoy upstairs! Through the glass sliding door is access to the courtyard where guests can enjoy outdoor seating and a Webber BBQ

Up 16 stairs, guests will find the main level of the house and host the dining and living area where guests can enjoy a movie on the 65” LG smartTV or just watch the world go by out the window with incredible scenic views of the beach and coastline. The balcony hosts a bench seating a beach recliner chair with a ceiling fan to cool you down on a hot summer day.

Kitchen:

This modern and stylish kitchen has all the mod cons including state of the art induction stove stop, large gas oven, double door fridge, dishwasher, microwave, sandwich press and more. There’s loads of bench space so you won’t feel cramped when prepping for a meal or looking for a space to put your things.

Bathroom/s:

The main shared bathroom is located in the lower level in between Bedrooms 2 & 3 and showcases a large shower, bathtub, toilet and vanity.

Upstairs there is an additional toilet for guests to use.

Laundry:

Downstairs, in the rear of the property, there is a full-sized laundry with a modern washing machine and dyer free for guests to use throughout their stay. Through the rear door is an outdoor shower and laundry line.

Transport from Airport:

- 30-35 mins (depending on traffic) by rideshare (around $60 - $80 dollars)
- Public transport from Adelaide Airport takes about (1 h 35 min) First take bus J8 to Marion then the train (SEAFRD) from Oaklands Railway Station to Noarlunga Centre Interchange. Then take Bus 751 from Zone B Noarlunga Centre Interchange to Stop 70 Witton Rd - South East side. Walk 3 mins to the property

Parking:

The property has secure garage parking which could easily fit two SUV sized vehicles. A remote will be provided for guests to allow for easy access throughout their stay.

Heating/Cooling:

Throughout all the seasons, you’ll always feel comfortable at Loma Loma with a ducted system pumping hot or cold air into all rooms and spaces throughout the house. The main switch and zone controller is conveniently located upstairs on the wall near the kitchen. Simple instructions will be provided within the guest guide.

Baby Essentials:

We’ve provided a port-a-cot and high chair for those travelling with small children and babies but for health reasons we recommended bringing their own change table, cot + sheets. If we’re able to accommodate in any way please let me know.
