Seit wir 2003 zum ersten Mal in Istrien waren, genauer gesagt in Bale, hat uns die Region in ihren Bann gezogen. Es folgten jährliche Besuche, wobei sich nicht nur eine enge Freundschaft mit unseren Gastgebern entwickelte, sondern auch ein guter Kontakt zu den Einheimischen. Aus dieser Verbundenheit heraus entstand die Idee, zusammen mit der Agentur "Amfora" in Bale, eine deutsche Agentur als Vertretung lokaler Vermieter in Istrien zu gründen.

Since we were in Istria for the first time in 2003, more precisely in Bale, the region has fascinated us. Yearly visits followed and not only a close friendship with our hosts developed, but also a good contact to the locals. Out of this friendship the idea was born to found an agency together with the agency "Amfora" in Bale to represent local landlords in Istria.

Wir freuen uns, Ihnen eine Vielzahl von Unterkünften in dieser schönen Urlaubsregion anbieten zu können. Wir stehen in engem Kontakt mit den Eigentümern der Objekte und kennen alle Häuser und Wohnungen persönlich. Dadurch können wir Ausstattung und Qualität der Objekte beurteilen und positiv beeinflussen. Besonderen Wert legen wir dabei auf faire Konditionen sowohl für die Mieter als auch für die Vermieter.
