This private room is located within my home, the room is equipped with its own refrigerator and queen size bed. The room has access to 2 public restrooms one located upstairs and the other is located down stairs. There are 4 additional rooms upstairs. Each of these room's are Airbnb's as well or at times roommates. The kitchen is available for everyone however the refrigerators located downstairs are for long term guests 30 days or longer. Each room is equipped with TV as well.

Multiple rooms on the same floor, pool and hot tub, if you want to use hot tub please message through Airbnb app and allow for 3 hours for heat up. Check in is self check in, no keys. All Codes, Please Park do not Park on the Driveway as that is reserved for the Host. As well there is coffee available downstairs if you would like, its a Keurig. You may use the Microwave and kitchen please clean up after yourself.

If you are in need of a rental, look no further I have vehicles available on turo.com, please inquire within, rental vehicles are able to park in driveway. You must rent vehicle thru Turo, turo is not affiliated with Airbnb what so ever this is just an added amenity.

I have a electric car available for rent pretty much all the time, only gets 50 miles per charge however there are many places in phoenix with free charging, and there is pretty everywhere with payed charging (average cost $3-$10) not bad. As well you would charge for free on the property.
