Renovated, immaculately presented & spotlessly clean with stylish and tasteful high quality furnishings ( inc NEW Posturepedic Queen Bed)

The 74 square metre of living space (796 square feet) apartment is ideal for a couple, or a couple with up to two young children ( it is not really suitable, nor recommended, for 4 adults, as it only has the one bathroom )
4G Wireless Broadband Internet available for FREE ( Via TELSTRA Wi-Fi, Allowance a generous 5 gig per day up/download x days you stay)
A 'Welcome' pack is provided on arrival, which consists of tea & coffee, fresh milk, chocolate biscuits, individual cereal pack for each guest, sugar, etc and bottled water beside each bed.
Two wool carpeted bedrooms (one with a queen bed ensemble with Posturepedic Mattress, the other with 2 singles), brand new tasteful contemporary furniture, fully equipped with large 55 inch Panasonic HD LED flat wide-screen Digital TV, a DVD player, a Stereo CD/radio, and an I-pod dock that connects to Hi-Fi system. Binoculars, reverse cycle air-conditioner, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Nescafe DOLCE GUSTO capsule coffee maker, F/L washing machine, Sheridan Designer linen & Sheridan towels. Beach towels are also provided. There is a Weber 'Q' BBQ on balcony, along with 'al-fresco' table and 4 chairs.
The apartment is on the upper (rear) block of a two block complex, and is on the 1st floor (or 2nd floor/middle floor if you are from overseas) of this 3 story complex.
An undercover parking bay is provided for your sole use and convenience.
Please note: Maximum number of guests ( including Children) cannot exceed 4 persons. (Insurance requirement)

The living, kitchen and dining areas are well appointed, comfortable, spacious and open plan. A large sliding double glass door opens out directly on to a large balcony, complete with outdoor furniture, Weber BabyQ gas Barbeque and fantastic ocean views. Sit back and watch the surfers, yachts, passing ships and the glorious sunsets, while enjoying a relaxing sundowner.
An undercover parking bay is provided for your convenience.


You will have full use of the Apartment, complete privacy, and have your own keys. The apartment has been set up purely as a holiday rental, it is not someones vacant home. I only live a few Kms away, and am always available in case you need advice or assistance during your stay.

It is an easy and pleasant 8 to 10 minute stroll up the coastal foreshore path, to the main beach side hotels, cafes, restaurants and shopping. Close enough for convenience, but far enough away from these amenities so as not to be disturbed by any noise, particularly at night!
SeaView golf course is a five minute stroll away, ( don't bother bringing your clubs, they have them for hire)

Victoria Street train station, on the main Perth to Fremantle line, is just a mere two min walk away.....This train-line services the western and south western coastal areas of Perth, including some of Perth's popular beaches. The frequent modern electric trains run between the Perth city centre and end at the coastal city of Fremantle.
You can have a fun night out without worrying about who's going to do the driving, by leaving the car in the carport and catching the train to Fremantle. Enjoy a meal and a bottle of wine (or two) at one of Freo's many restaurants and afterwards have a drink at one of Freo's famous pubs. Then catch the train home, where you can be back in the comfort of your cozy apartment in less than 10 minutes. ( 6 minutes by train, 2 minute walk) ... and on a Friday and Saturday night, trains run right up till 2:30 in the morning.
If travelling by car, you can drive to Fremantle (4km) in approx. 5-8 minutes, to Claremont in 10 minutes, or in about 20 minutes you can be in Perth City (12km)

The airports, both domestic and international, are approx. 35 to 45 minutes away by road, but allow slightly more at at peak periods.

Taxis are readily available, but it's advisable to book one by phone, especially on Public Holidays and on Friday & Saturday nights. Swan Taxis phone number is 131330. Black & White Taxis phone number is 131008 ..... or make use of the new UBER taxi service now operating in Perth.

Overseas Visitors, especially from USA/Canada please note. We have a pre-paid mobile phone, with a local sim card for your FREE use, should you wish to use it while staying at Westward Ocean View. All it will cost you is the TELSTRA recharge fee for whatever amount suits your needs. (you recharge the phone yourself from any convenience store, supermarket etc) Just let us know any-time prior to your arrival if you need it, and we will supply you with the number in advance, so that you can inform friends and family of how to contact you

The apartment is in the quiet residential area of Cottesloe, opposite the South Cott beach, but it is an easy and pleasant 10 to 15 minute walk up the coastal foreshore path, to the main beach side hotels, cafes, restaurants and shopping. Close enough for convenience, but far enough away from these amenities so as not to be disturbed by any noise, particularly at night! It’s a few minutes walk away from the train station on the Perth/Fremantle line.

Love to travel and stay in unique hotels or apartments/Villas etc. Favourite destination is a very small island in the Greek Cyclades ( Not telling the name!) and also Sri Lanka and India.
