Beautiful natural light and an open living, renovated kitchen, dining lounge greet you as you pass through the huge terrace and enter this hidden gem. Situated on the boarder of Mt Lawley close to the train station and minutes from the river. A Mexican feel oozes from your three light filled large arch windows adorning the living area. Queen bedroom with large built in wardrobes, twin room for the family and a fantastic outdoor European style terrace to relax on with a cold beverage at dusk. Dinner for 4 at the table or take a more informal seat at the breakfast bar. Close to the City surrounded by trendy bars cafes and restaurants.
Deceptively quite location but handy to everything that Mt Lawley/Maylands has to offer including transport, Eighth Avenue shops & cafes and adjacent to tree lined landscaped parkland for those moments of quiet solitude.

Maylands is a riverside inner-city suburb approximately 4.5 kilometres (2.8 mi) northeast of Perth centred on the Midland railway line on the northern bank of the Swan River.
The suburb was developed during the 1890s and is bordered by the suburbs of Mount Lawley, East Perth and Bayswater. Maylands railway station provides easy access to the City centre and beyond.
