Enter this spacious townhouse through a private courtyard with tropical garden and grassed area that lead to the undercover patio ideal for relaxing and capturing the coastal breeze.
Once inside, the bright, airy, and open plan design greets you with a comforting Eclectic style decor including a 6-seat dining table, three-seater and two-seater lounge and large floor rugs under foot. There is a Weber BBQ and a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of bench space allowing you to cook up a feast with ease. The ground floor level also offers a full laundry and additional toilet.
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, with the main featuring a queen bed, robe, and air conditioning for a comfortable night’s sleep during the summer months. The second bedroom also features a queen bed, fan, and robe. The third bedroom sleeps two with a single bed & trundle bed. All bedrooms are serviced by a large full bathroom, separate toilet, and extra vanity basin.
There is an open area study upstairs complete with a ceiling fan and desk so catching up on some work whilst you are away won’t be a problem. This space could also be used as a cot room for an infant.

Free high-speed internet and WIFI is provided, as well as entertainment options such as a LG smart TV, games, puzzles, books, and a record player.


About the location:

This garden townhouse is an easy level 10 min walk along the river to the Bowling club and just 20 mins walk to Turners Beach and Yamba’s break wall. You also have the choice of any of the other beautiful beaches in Yamba - Pippi Beach, Lovers Point, Whiting Beach, or a little further out is Angourie with Green Point, Blue Pools, Spooky's Beach. Choose from fishing and water sports on the Clarence River or Lake Wooloweyah.

Park the car and walk to gift stores, boutiques, grocery stores, cafes, bars and restaurants in Yamba's Main Street. Take in a meal and entertainment at the Golf or Bowling Clubs. For those rainy or lazy days, you could catch at movie at Yamba Cinema which is located just above the main street in Yamba. If you don't feel like walking, there are courtesy buses provided and run by both clubs. Additionally, the Yamba Shores Tavern is the perfect spot on the river, for a drink and a bite to eat.

Yamba Shopping Fair is Yamba's largest shopping centre. This facility includes a Coles, KMART, Reject Shop, Priceline, and other specialty stores. Outside the complex are cafes and takeaway restaurants, as well as other specialty stores servicing the area.

Exploring the wonders of the Clarence Valley is a must whilst you are visiting. Maclean is a short 15-minute drive from Yamba and has wonderful ethnic Scottish elements for visitors to explore, including tartan painted power poles, recipes for traditional Scottish feast displayed in the main street, the Scottish Shop, plus plenty of bagpipes.

Iluka is accessible by car, or you can take the ferry from the end of River St and cruise across to Iluka, and wander up the main street towards cafes, gift stores, the Bowling Club, Sedgers Reef Hotel and the Fisherman’s Co-op.

Major towns of Ballina and Grafton, Byron Bay are within an hour's drive, with both airports and shopping facilities.

Yamba boasts spectacular beaches, fabulous seafood, rolling surf, perfect climate and amazing seaside accommodation. Wake up to the sound of the ocean right at your door, breakfast at a funky cafe and head off for a day of cruising and discovery. Mathew Flinders first came to Yamba in 1799 and a maritime station was established in 1854 that remains to this day. To explore the history of the town further, take a stroll along the Yamba Historical Walk finishing up at the local museum. Along the way you’ll pass Pilot Hill and the lighthouse precinct which offer visitors beautiful panoramic ocean views. Check out the marina, hire a boat, take a relaxing river cruise, or order up a latte. And of course you can’t go home without tasting the famous Yamba prawns
