There is street parking right next to the door or parking lot adjacent to the building. The old Stewart Building was completely revitalized and is now known as the Sun building. Exposed brick and modern conveniences make industrial elegance. This building was saved from demolition by Bryan 20 years ago and is one of the oldest in the city. He has won awards from Morton House Museum for best historic restoration. The Arts District has some of the coolest shops and restaurants in the area, one of which is 3 Pillars music, where they still buy and sell vintage vinyl records and music equipment.
