Welcome to Granada Executive Suites - Cali's newest apartment hotel, conveniently located in Cali's top Zona Rosa. Designed to maximize the comfort of your stay: Amazing ceiling heights, quality materials, comfortable furniture, fast WIFI, curtains, blackouts and colors that would make you feel good. This 1 bed, 1 bathroom studio is the perfect match for couples, solo travelers and digital nomads. It has hot water in all faucets, A/C, smartTVs, and a high-quality queen bed.

The building has no parking. You can park on the street, but we recommend that you use the safe public parking facility around the corner in Shopping Las Fuentes.

Housekeeping & Laundry:
Housekeeping and laundry services are not included with the stay. However they can be arranged at an additional cost and a full one days notice. For this unit, laundry is $30.000 COP per load (up to 10 kg). It includes pick-up at the apartment by our staff, washing, drying, folding and delivery back to you. Housekeeping is $30.000 COP per assigned day.

The apartment is located up one flight of stairs. This unit has a street view.

Granada is one our favorite neighborhoods in Cali, and for good reason: the Marriott, Ibis, and Movich hotels have chosen the neighborhood as the location for all of their new hotels.
 
Within a few blocks, you’ll find everything you need to make your stay memorable and enjoyable. It is known as one of the premier entertainment districts and zonas rosas. 6th and 9th avenues are packed with action. 
 
Literally, everything you need is just a few steps from your front door: restaurants with world-class cuisine, dance clubs, rock ’n roll bars, brewpubs, coffee shops, home-made ice cream vendors, theaters, gyms, shopping, salsa schools and pharmacies are all located within a few minutes walk of Granada Executive Suites. 
 
But it gets better than that. From Granada, you have easy access to the Centenario, Chipichape and Pacific Mall shopping centers and cinemas. Follow the 6th avenue south for a few blocks to arrive at the famous Ermita church, Plaza Caicedo and the river boulevard where people from all over the city (and world) come to mingle and relax. 
 
In summary: quality accommodation and the city's best location. We promise you'll be hard-pressed not to have a good time in Cali.

Back in 2010 I left my home country of Denmark to pursue a lifelong dream: To travel on a motorcycle from the United States to Brazil. And what an adventure it became… I ended up riding 54.000 km through 18 countries during that 15-month trip. I made friends all over Latin America. But one of those amazing friendships turned into a flirt and 2 years after finishing my trip I ended up moving to Colombia to begin a new chapter of my life. Today, after living in Cali for more than 7 years, I’m happily married and have two beautiful little daughters. Real estate investing has been my trade since arriving here. With my team, we have built and operated more than 54 units for short-term rentals with different investors, and we pride ourselves on having the highest quality units on the local market. I left my old partnership with Lifeafar and am currently developing new buildings on my own. I run the daily operation with my partner Harold via our management company EXSTR. Harold worked 8 years at a Marriott property in New York and breathes guest service. So if Harold or our assistant Jessica reaches out to you, don't worry - you're in good hands :-) We both love meeting people from all over the world and giving them a first-class experience is our number one priority as a host. Our philosophy is based on a couple of simple, yet powerful principles: - Designing spaces that make guests feel at home. - Being ultra responsive to guests, before, during and after their stay. - Treating guests as if they were good friends. - Having the highest standards for our cleaning. - Making sure that our guests are safe at all times.
