Manta Ray’s Pad enjoys prime position, being absolute beachfront, overlooking Forster’s Main Beach.

North facing and bathed in winter sun, the apartment takes advantage of Forster’s “perfect all year round” climate and ocean temperatures. It’s the ideal location to escape the colder months and soak up the sun on the balcony whilst watching the dolphins and whales at play; maybe a beverage in hand, reclining on the day bed?

Forster offers so much to do and see, you won’t run out of choices.

The fully equipped, ultra-modern kitchen includes servery/breakfast bar, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, top quality cooking appliances and beautiful bone China crockery along with top quality cooking/serving needs. Complimentary tea and coffee selection and a vast range of spices and condiments to give your meals that extra special touch are all provided.

All linen is provided at Manta Ray’s including sheets, towels, pillows, blankets, bathmats, tea towels and beach towels.

Unlimited wifi, smart LG TV with Netflix and YouTube access as well as Bluetooth sound bar for you to pair with your smart devices are all provided, enhancing your entertainment options throughout your stay.

Manta Ray’s Pad is air conditioned for your comfort.

The lock up garage: Please note that the parking area is shared between four apartments from the building and Manta Ray’s parking spot is closest to the main building entrance doors. Each parking spot of the shared garage has a security roller door. This area affords your vehicle/recreational goods extra protection and the swipe card security building access will help you feel welcome and secure.

The decor is a delight; focusing on art, sculptures and design. Our intention is to give you a beautiful environment in which to enjoy your holiday.

The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 couples or families with older children.

Forster is a 3 hour drive from the northern suburbs of Sydney via the M1 Motorway (Wahroonga) and only 3 hours south of Coffs Harbour. Travel by car, bus or train which is just 20 minutes away in Taree. Newcastle Airport is just a one and a half hour drive from Forster. Fly in and hire a car!

Manta Ray’s is on the second floor which enhances the expansive view over the beach and ocean, but there is NO LIFT so, if you have mobility issues, Manta Ray’s might not be ideal for you.

*****Guests are expected to take their rubbish/recycling to the bins provided at the back of the building before they leave. Please DO NOT leave this sort of thing behind in the apartment.

Please DO NOT use tanning lotions etc as this will damage the beautiful linen provided. Any permanent damage requiring replacement of linen or extra cleaning costs will be passed on to the tenant.*****

Please avoid wearing hard heeled shoes inside the apartment out of respect for those in the apartment below.
